This particular location actually does not serve the homeless the customer service feels a little rushed yet the service is actually really slow as the line usually takes about a half hour to completely drive through ,I would not put this production on all of the employees at this Jack in the box location but one employee which is only one of there managers that is managing this conduct at this location which is the shift leader behind why I figure that the shift crews performance is dictated by this particular manager, which has personally decided that it is up to her to allow the entire Jack in The box and their employees to not serve the homeless as long as she's on the clock, bcuz we do recive service w out dismay on the alternate managers shifts and I am and need to be compelled to post this in stone for the simple fact that no place of business under the American constitution has the right to refuse service to somebody just because they are homeless there has to be some legitimate grounds behind it, common sense unspoken we all know that this should not be ok to inconvenience the homeless as if our existence is not a priority respect and not even error on any individual homeless give plause to assume treatment of generalized discrimination is a proper response to undesirable actions experienced w the few homeless individuals, all customers that are paying should be treated according the individuals respectibility and no less ,but as long as nobody appears to be able to do anything about it assuming homeless are also unable to have any mental cope ability to request notice of their significance, nothing truly will be done about it bcuz arguing the principle which has already been attempted w no valid reason given and actually was stated that way in response tec simply saying that the reason is for their own personal reason and that is that using the inclinement of their position to force us to accept that without any formal right and it is truly unfair that this is really the way that it is for those who cannot walk in there and actually pay for their own food whether they're homeless or not so here's I find purpose and the best place for my perspective statement and hopefully it reflects the response that should be the outcome of removing the obstacle of this experience. Thank you for letting...
Read moreLet me just say, I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and the team members have shown me great service and hospitality up until today. I show respect to everybody including hospitality workers because I have been in the hospitality industry myself for 9+ years. Today was a different experience at Jack in the box. I ordered two orders of tacos and a bacon cheeseburger and when I got to the window, one of the managers handled the transaction (she was talking very fast and her eyes were bulging as if she was on some sort of drug) and when I asked for ‘A’ ranch, she told me it cost extra. I then asked her a legitimate question as to why it was any different today and right in the middle of my question, she then shrugged her shoulders and then quickly closed her window and pointed to the sign that says “extra sauce cost extra” (even though I didn’t ask for extra sauce, I asked for a one single ranch) and as she opened the window back up, she told me they only give ranch out to people who order curly fries or regular fries. I then asked her a legitimate question as to why it’s any different today? I always order tacos and a bacon cheeseburger and employees never charge me when I ask for a single ranch. She had no response to that question. She gave me a dirty look and shrugged her shoulders with no response to my question. I just couldn’t believe the attitude she gave me when I asked her a legitimate question. I’ve managed many full-service restaurants and I would NEVER give a attitude to somebody who asked me a legitimate question. I will not be coming back to this establishment. The crew members are amazing but this manager with tattoos on her arm? She is NOT manager material at all. Shame on whoever promoted her to a manager title. If she can’t handle a customer’s legitimate question without getting angry, cutting them off mid question, and slamming a drive thru window, she shouldn’t be in hospitality. Please, corporate, GM, or whoever is above this lady, DRUG TEST her because she appeared to be on some sort of...
Read more5/2025: literally forgot about this, almost 2 years later, NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME! NICELY DONE, JACK! 8/8/23: OVER 2 MONTHS LATER... NOT ONE PERSON EVER CONTACTED ME! Read the email... this is ridiculous! 6/4/23: Just look at the pics... this is supposed to be a LARGE curly fries!?!? You could tell it wasn't filled because there's no oil stains. Oh, and is this what a JUMBO Jack is now??!! It's the size of a regular chicken sandwich! It's tiny! Why is the food getting smaller, but the prices continue to soar!? Even after months of not coming to this place, they still fail to satisfy! Nov/22: So last night...I LITERALLY STOOD IN FRONT OF THE CASHIER READY TO GIVE MY ORDER FOR APPROX 15 MINS, NO ONE ASKED IF I HAD ORDERED OR NEEDED ANY HELP! At one point it seemed like a worker came back from their break, they clocked in at the register, avoided all contact with me... THEN WALKED AWAY!!!??? W...T...F! There's always SOMETHING off w this place! Short staffed, running around w their heads cut off and giving all the priority to drive thru orders. This was ridiculous! Then FINALLY, when they were somewhat caught up, my order is taken but no apologies for the LONG WAIT or anything, just took my order as if I had just arrived. I mean damn at least hook it up w/a discount or extra something for making me wait for that long. This is what makes think twice about...
