Me and my family have been excited about coming to this place since we saw the start of the construction. However I will say, I am disappointed. The bad: -Stay away from the hot chocolate. $4.95 and waiters/waitresses are instructed to fill up the cup 1/3 of the way and the rest is whip cream. -Be aware, if you order any extra sauces (ranch,thousand island, etc) they will charge you $1.69, you're better off bringing some from home lol. I understand times are tough but dam the sauce. I don't think the cooks know what medium rare steak means, the first time I sent it back, the second time was well cooked as well. We ended up keeping it because my daughter was hungry already. Yes I understand this isn't a high quality restaurant but dam, it's medium rare. Every restaurant should know to cook that. Cup sizes have shrunk drastically. Every cup now seems to be a kids size and the kids cup has gotten smaller lol Well now for the good. Because it can't all be bad. the staff is amazing, attentive and very responsive. Karleigh our server was kind, friendly and answered all our questions. -Place looks clean and it's pretty spacious
At the end of it all, I won't be coming back here. Prices overall on the menu have gone up. The complaint is not the prices (well kind of) but if the prices go up then so should the serving size. Read moreThere was confusion over a number of Pancakes for price for one we think the price is way too high and two the size of the pancakes is not anywhere near the quality of IHOP corporate apparently this is a franchise another corporate store the manager did take care of everything we were able to use our points from our app but the quality of the food was not the standard either the pancakes were very small hamburger was sloppily put together cheese and onions were dripping off of the plate onto the table waitress handled the food with her thumbs in the plate brought two coffee cups for waitress bottom holding the inside of the coffee cup first we asked for decaf and we report something that seemed a little bit like oil sludge it was burnt old and tasted terrible they did remedy the situation but I don't think we're going to be going back there for quite some time maybe the store's too new there's training issues whatever the case is I don't want to deal with it and I don't want to deal with the confusion get it right people make it right I've reading the IHOPs all over the United States it normally tends to be my go-to while I'm not driving my load to wherever I'm going the three star I gave was pretty much what covers the the fix and repair job the manager did but as far as food and service two...
Read moreI visited for the first time with my husband for breakfast on Valentine’s Day. We were seated as soon as we walked in and was told by the host Isabel that our server would be by shortly. We waited for a while with our menus in front of us. The 3 servers were taking drink orders from people who came in after us so I was getting impatient but as soon as I was going to ask for help, our host Isabel noticed that we were still waiting with our menus and came to our table and took out drink and food menu apologizing for the delay. She came quickly with out order, checking on us often with humor and a smile every time. She brought us coffee to go which was so sweet . She completely turned out experience around and I can’t wait to come back and see her.
