Please do not believe any of these 5 star reviews… Unfortunately no business deserves a one star review however this place does. As a mexican, nothing here is real authentic mexican food. It’s just an american made “wannabe mexican” place. Now if it was really good, then I am all for it. Unfortunately I would not go here until a few years pass as the food is horrible here. I found a hair in my burrito, the burritos were not good, they are too cold when they come out, and you expect a MEXICAN burrito but it definitely is not. It’s an AMERICAN burrito if that makes sense. I really wanted this place to grow but unfortunately as everyone can tell by now the lines are not long anymore, they just put a “Open” sign in the front which tells me they need more customers, and unfortunately and painful to say… this place will not be in business for more than 2 years. Read moreThe food is good and the service is good. The people are nice and professional. My only gripe is how little rice and beans they give. I ordered a #7 plate. That’s 2 enchiladas beans and rice. I love rice and beans. I love Mexican food period. The amount of rice and beans they give is an amount I will give to a 5 year old child. I am a 41 year old adult that had to stop and get more food because Rosa Maria’s didn’t suffice. My suggestion is, give a full scoop of rice and beans. The amount is truly, no exaggeration very small.
To add, Rosa Maria’s in San Bernardino on Sierra Way and 42nd is the way it should be done. They also serve Chilaquiles in the morning. All Rosa Maria’s should be on level playing field. Not varying from location to location....

The portions seem to be smaller than it’s sister locations with the burritos being considerably smaller, but priced the same which is unfortunate. The location is new so it’s very busy unless you come earlier in the day in which case it’s fairly slow and you can be in and out quickly. Staff is friendly despite the high desert people getting angry at the wait times which is hilarious to me. The patio is literally packed and people are standing as well and they still complain. But the staff remained kind. Overall 8/10. If the burritos weren’t compact versions of the other locations it would...
