While my wife had a nail appointment nearby, we decided to treat our kids to a quick bite at the Little Caesars Pizza in Hewitt, Texas, with the intention of grabbing a Hot and Ready pizza. Upon our arrival, it was evident that they were quite busy. Unfortunately, the only aspect of our visit that posed any challenge was the behavior of some customers.
In the midst of the bustling environment, a young gentleman named Elmer was valiantly holding the fort at the front counter. Despite the relentless demands and pressures, he remained remarkably respectful and composed throughout. It was disheartening to witness some customers directing their frustration at him. Eventually, he removed himself from the situation, and a young lady named Elena stepped in to handle the situation.
Once the chaos subsided, we were able to place our order, opting for a Hot and Ready pepperoni and cheese pizza. Though there was a 15-minute wait due to the overwhelming number of orders, it was evident that the team was working diligently to meet the demand.
I want to emphasize the exceptional customer service provided by Elmer and Elena. Despite facing unwarranted impatience from some customers, they maintained their professionalism and composure, making our visit more than worthwhile. It's unfortunate to see people becoming agitated over pizza when the staff is doing their utmost to serve everyone efficiently.
Elmer and Elena, in particular, deserve recognition for their outstanding service and grace under pressure. Despite the challenges they faced, they exemplified the kind of professionalism that leaves a lasting positive impression. Little Caesars Pizza in Hewitt, Texas, should be proud to have such dedicated employees on their team. Our overall experience, thanks to Elmer and Elena, was a testament to their commitment to...
Read moreHad a young punk guy working the front who obviously had a bad attitude. I started wanting to know if they had the 3 meat ready. He looked and I thought they did so he finished taking my order and I paid for the pizza and cheese bread and then was told it'd be 15-20 minutes. If I'd known it wasn't ready I'd just ordered a classic. I sat down and began to watch how it worked and wondered where management was. The people in the back couldn't understand the punk in the front and everytime the older lady corrected the punk in the front he was rolling his eyes. He had trouble with the computer a couple times and the older lady would have to come help him. Then the older lady was taking a complaint on the phone and when she told him to check every pizza going out he rolled his eyes again. I thought I heard my name from the back and wondered if it was mine because he never asked my name. Luckily 5-10 minutes later a guy from the back came up to help and asked about me. Yes that was my name they called, guess they got it off the card I used, and he found my order done and sitting in the box. I understand the store gets busy but the punk working the counter needs fired or hid in the back somewhere definitely not attempting customer service in the front. Where the usual run in grab a pizza and cheese bread turned into a 30-45...
Read moreTo be honest, who really needs to read a thorough review of a Little Caesars Pizza? Obviously if you're reading this, you are one of those people that does. So sit back, enjoy, and get some details of this great, little, hole in wall, national pizza chain.
The pizza here is cheap and delicious. My usual order includes one of their pepperoni pizzas that has the extra pepperoni, cheesy bread, some hot wings, various sauces, and a two liter soda. In my experience recently, if you order online you can get a free two liter soda which is a great deal. The cheese is always hot and fresh tasting along with the bread and wings. The portion sizes are excellent, especially the marinara sauce that accompanies the bread.
Pro Tip: If you order online and you are going to pickup in one of their pod things, make sure you ask for sauce if you ordered any. The staff relayed to me that they cannot shove sauce containers in the pod because the heat will cause them to explode.
The staff is always friendly and quick to help. I have never had any negative issues with them. On a slow night you may catch them having philosophical conversations and maybe even be included.
This location is convenient and easy to get to. If you are picking up a large order, or just a Hot and Ready Pizza, this is the...
