Lets be real here, everyone is short staffed but that is no excuse for poor service and lying. If management only allows 1 person to work in the restaurant on a weekend then that manager should be fired.
Went in today and there was only 1 girl working and I felt bad for her. The problem is I ordered and prepaid on the app and when I walked 30min later she had not gotten to it yet, which was fine. But she kept taking new orders in line and not making my sandwiches.
Emma then came in to help her and asked me what my sandwiches were, I asked her if she didn't get the order online as the other girl knew exactly what I was waiting for and apologized for not making them yet.
Emma told me "the system was down" so I proceeded to explain my order that I prepaid for which was a complete waste of time.
The Bread was hard and obviously day old, their dressing bottles were empty and the place was a mess and there were 2 Door Dash drivers...
Read moreJust moved here and stopped into this subway. The customer in front of me wanted mozzarella on their sub, and they said they didn't have any anymore. Yet how do they make pizzas? I tried ordering my sub, and they didn't know how to make it and kept asking me what's on it and in what order. When I said I wanted it toasted, they asked me how long and if 10 secondswas okay. How am I supposed to know how long you toast it for? There was a police officer behind me, and he ordered the italian sub, and all three kids working were clueless, looking for what ingredients were supposed to go on it. The officer had to then tell them much like I had to for mine. It seemed like they pulled someone random off the street and gave them a job without training. It was insane and the worst experience at Subway ever. Will not be back at this...
Read moreThis location is a joke.... Alicia the manager has trained her staff to be extremely stingy and not use the correct build to charts. I know this because her staff relayed that info to us last night . I was charged extra for guacamole when the staff did not use the correct scoop. When I said something he found the scoop real fast but still charged me. The tomatoes where frozen and soggy. The worse experience ever. I did call and speak to alecia this morning and she said she would give me a free scoop of Alvarado. Lol. We were regulars at that location along with half of our neighborhood. I will be posting my experience everywhere possible and its because of that sites manager. She should have made this right. Asking for nothing free but an apology would have went...
