They used to be good..great Cuban style pizza..not anymore..don't know what's happened..pizza now looks and tastes like a frozen, store bought Stoufers pizza with thick bread..and cheese plopped on top..they are hiring to many recently arrived Cubans..it's cheap labor but they grew up in communist Cuba ..zero sense of customer service or how to do business in a free society..the traditional Cuban places still carry the idiosyncrasies of old Cuba ,with it's Spanish and European manners,work ethic and customs..sadly,today's Cubans are tainted as they grew up in a system where survival of the fittest is the norm..sad to say but true..hopefully management gets new employees or retrains current ones..they may still get rafters and newly arrived low income clientele..since this is what they are used to,but they certainly won't get Cuban American professionals who are used to old Cuban traditions,the ones their parents and grandparents brought from a pre Castro democratic Cuba ..the quality of the food and the service is just not up to par..just my two cents and my honest...
Read moreI bought 2 pizzas from here without reading the reviews... bad idea. How is a pizza place only going to offer a personal size or family size? What happened to small and medium? The pizza had too much bread and needed to be cooked a few more minutes in the oven. One of my pizzas was a "Mixta" aka combo. I wanted a meatlovers but this is what they had. Pepperoni, ham and sausage... once I got home I found there to be no sausage. When I called the location, the lady on the phone said the sausage was there but in pieces. So, now I have to get my microscope out to look for the sausage? The service was below par and the food was not as appetizing as I would've hoped for. But what do you expect from a 24 hr pizza location? Too bad Costco doesn't...
Read moreOne of the worst places I have visited in a long time. I was there on the 20th of July at approximately midnight. When I got to the parking lot I saw one of the waitresses smoking and talking next to a car and two others dancing next to the door of the place. I still decided to take the risk and enter. The place was empty and there was only one table occupied by two people complaining that their pizzas had not just arrived. I was waiting for fifteen minutes sitting at the table and at not time did any of the waitresses approach to take my order. I got up and left. When I went out they were all inside the kitchen laughing and talking. I do not go back...
