I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment. I recently visited your premises with the expectation of enjoying a hot and ready item, as advertised. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
I waited for a prolonged period of 25 minutes before any attention was given to me. It was only when I proactively inquired about my order that the staff finally acknowledged my presence. To my astonishment, I observed my order sitting on the counter for a significant five minutes before being served. This blatant disregard for customer service and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
As a customer, I rely on your establishment to deliver on the promises made in your advertisements. The fact that I had to actively seek assistance and was overlooked for such a substantial amount of time is an indication of a severe lack of attention to customer needs.
I cannot stress enough how disheartening and frustrating this experience was for me. I had high expectations for your establishment and was let down in every aspect of the service I received. It is crucial for a business to prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my encounter with your staff failed to meet even the most basic standards.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your establishment.    Read moreFirst off I'm a big fan of Little Cesar and this location, it's the only pizza I eat, but yesterday was the worst pie I've ever purchased at this location. To the Management please check up on your pie makers, they need a refresher training or they are not fallowing your recipe. I only get the classic and there were lost of people waiting, I guess they go for other product. I ask for a classic pie, she went in the lower cabinet and pulled out what was supose to be a hot and ready, but it must of been one that was a few hours old. This pie must of been roll out with a roller, it was flat like a cookie, no crumb at all, it had excessive corn meal which I had to scrap off, very salty, cheese was so dried out, didn't even soften up when reheated.
