I want to share my observations regarding El Sartén Restaurant and Lounge, which I believe could benefit from slightly adjusting its name on Google to "El Sartén Buffet & Lounge." A more accurate title would enhance search visibility on Google Maps, potentially attracting a larger clientele to the buffet in Pembroke Pines, especially since the establishment is identified as a "buffet" on the map after searching.

Upon arrival, I noted that the atmosphere could be enhanced. The restaurant's facade appears uninviting, and more vibrant advertising could improve its external appearance and representation of the offerings inside. The owners may want to consider introducing more colorful elements to the exterior and ensuring that the entrance is clearly defined for easy identification by customers and their families.

The quality of the food at the restaurant is exceptional. However, the variety of dishes offered at the Latin buffet is limited. The quality remains high, complemented by warm and friendly customer service. The pricing is reasonable given the level of quality, particularly in preparing traditional Latin dishes, with a notable emphasis on Cuban cuisine.

Additionally, I suggest a thoughtful analysis of the interior layout of the dining area. A revised arrangement could enhance the dining experience by ensuring that food collection areas are more isolated from the dining spaces where customers enjoy their meals.

In conclusion, I emphasize the outstanding quality of the dishes available at this establishment. I recommend El Sartén Restaurant and Lounge to anyone seeking delightful options within traditional Latin and Cuban Creole cuisine, whether dining with a partner or family member.

Wishing everyone a wonderful...

JUST SO AMAZING !!!

SO MY HUSBAND, BROTHER, AND I WENT YESTERDAY, OUR FIRST TIME, WITHOUT MUCH EXPECTATION. I ACTUALLY WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TO ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT, BUT MY BROTHER CONVINCED US, CAUSE HE SAW THE AD IN TELEMUNDO, AND SAID, WHY NOT TRY SOMETHING NEW?

I STILL WENT HESITANTLY, BUT WAS SO SHOCKED, CAUSE WE ENDED UP HAVING ONE OF THE HAPPIEST EXPERIENCES IN OUR LIVES!!

YOU SEE, TODAY'S MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY, AND I THOUGHT YESTERDAY, WE'RE JUST GONNA HAVE A REGULAR SUNDAY DINNER, AND CELEBRATE BIG TODAY.

BUT TO OUR SURPRISE, 'EL SARTEN RESTAURANT', IN HIALEAH, IS SUCH A LIVELY PLACE, IT'S A BLAST!! IT'S LIKE GOING TO A SUPER HAPPY PARTY!! IT REMINDS ME OF MY SON'S WEDDING, WHICH WAS SO MUCH FUN, CAUSE THEY HIRED 'LA HORA LOCA DE MIAMI'.

WE EVEN MET THE OWNER, ERICK, WHO'S VERY, VERY NICE, AND MALU, THEIR MANAGER, IS SUCH A SWEETHEART!!! 💕💕💕 SHE HEARD MY HUSBAND MENTIONING HIS 65TH BIRTHDAY IS TODAY, AND NEXT THING YOU KNOW IS SHE BROUGHT HIM A CAKE, AND THEY ALL SANG HIM A VERY 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY'!! AND HER CORTADITOS ARE SO DELICIOUS!!

THIS PLACE IS A GEM, A MUST VISIT PLACE!!! IT'S GORGEOUS, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, AND THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, FIRST CLASS!!! AND YOU'RE GONNA COME OUT FEELING SO HAPPY!! ......... 😉 JUST SO, SO AMAZING!!!

WE'RE ASIANS, AND WE LOVED IT!!! WE'RE GOING TO RECOMMEND 'EL SARTEN RESTAURANT' TO ALL OUR FAMILY, AND FRIENDS!! AND I'M TELLING EVERYONE...

I flew to Miami for a quick business trip and had seen a lot of chatter about El Sartén in Hialeah. Influencers, reviews all talking about how awesome this place is. Well they were right on the money!! Nothing short of GREAT! Called ahead and spoke to Carla, she is the nicest host. She remembered me as I walked in and came over to greet me and my party of 3. We were sat at a comfortable table and shown around the buffet. At first glance EVERYTHING looked super clean, organized, and best of all delicious! Felt like home. I had a pork cutlet with white cream mushroom sauce, Imperial Rice, Picadillo, Malanga cream soup😍🤤. Salad, fresh Garlic rolls. Fruit salad. I could not get over how many amazing options they had! Daian our server was the best. Our water glasses were never empty and plates were cleared immediately after we finished the meal on them. Malu the manager is the sweetest and most considerate person. She could not stop offering us more options to try, wanting to please us. She personally went to every table greeting her guests/diners. I will be back, for sure. Probably go on weekend (Saturday!) for Live Kareoki, entertainment and dancing. Highly recommend El Sartén! The value for money is out of the park. Paid 18.95 per Adult plus tax/tip and was shocked at how reasonable it is. Easily could pay up to 25.00 at other places and it's not a Buffet, All...

I was visiting from New Jersey, as I have family in Miami. My wife did research on various Latin Buffets and this was recommended by a famous foodie. Upon arrival, the host greeted us and treated us perfectly 10/10, but this was about were everything started going downhill. The first thing that caught my eye was how small the selection seemed for the price. A lot of the meats were incorrectly labeled so as others have mentioned the "chicken tasted like fish" because they mislabeled the fish as "chicken". The beef was atrociously DRY!! and tasted very livery... even the "fresh" churrasco had a terrible livery irony taste 🫢. The shrimp from the ceviche was hard and the lime juice in it tasted like it was bottled, but what really broke my heart was the pernil/horneado/cerdo/cochinito. It was just out the oven with crispy skin, yet the skin tasted rancid and the meat itself was so dry I went through various cups of water. Desserts pretty much non existent. Just mostly fruit. In the end, 3 out of 4 us got food poisoning. One even threw up on the drive home. Out of all my Miami food experiences this was the only one that was bad. Either they drop their prices or they need to use better quality ingredients. Def def def not worth the $22+ per person we paid. Shame cause the employees were awesome.
