This is the one of the worst McDonald's in Hialeah Florida... In customer Service.. First of all.. I was born and raised here in Miami moved from Carol City to Hialeah off of red rd & 76 st been going to this Mac D for years & years.. brought plenty of business to this pertical store # 3817 I was a pta President at North Twin Lake's Eementary school for 4 yrs . Every week & grade leave we picked the 2 best class's & treated them and teaches to lunch from this Mac d.. I have never in all these YEARS BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY FROM THE EMPLOYEE'S AND INGORNT .. MANAGMENT.. IT'S A SHAME WHEN YOUR WORKERS DON'T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH.. NOR TRY TO.. THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING ON A REGISTERED OR AT A CASHIER AT THST MATTER.. IT JUST PROVES THAT THIS STORE OWNER OR MANAGMENT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T SPEAK SPANISH AND THAT'S THE TRUTH !! IT PUZZLES ME THAT YOU CAN COME TO AMERICA AND GET A JOB AT A AMERICAN BUSINESS .. AMERICAN PEOPLE HELPED BUILD AND MADE MCDONALD'S WHAT IT IS TODAY ..ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. HAS GROWNED INTO OTHER COUNTRIES TOO. MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS ONE STORE IS ALWSYS A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE OF THE LANGUAGE DIFFERENCES..THEY ALWAYS GET THE ORDER WRONG EVEN AFTER REPEATING IT SERVAL TIMES.. AFTER I ORDER SLOWLY AND LOUDLY O AKWAYS GET A ...WHAT FROM THE CASHIER NOT CAN U REPEAT OR SORRY I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT'S A RUDELY " WHAT " TONIGHT THERE WERE TWO MANAGERS.. NEITHER ONE OF THEM SPOKE ONE WORD OF ENGLISH SUPPOSEDLY.. WHAT REALLY BURNS ME..THE ONE DAY ON HER STOOL AND SAID. "" I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH " NOW SHE SPOKE THOSE WORDS IN CLEAR ENGLISH..SHE HAD HER SHOES OFF AND NEVER ATTEMPTED TO COME TO THE ORDER WINDOW WHERE I WAS AND COULD SEE HER.. JUST YELLED I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH.. I ASKED FOR THE DISTRICT PHONE NUMBER..THE OTHER MANAGER AT THE PICK UP WINDOW NEVER CAME TO THE WINDOW EITHER.. JUST LOOKED AT ME.. THINKING THAT WOMEN AGAIN..THE CASHIER WHO I HAD AND WALKED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW BEFORE COLLECTING MY MONEY IS THE ONE WHO GAVE ME THE STORE NUMBER AND BEG ME TO LET HER TAKE MY COMPLAINT.. WHO DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WHILE TRYING TO TAKE MY ORDER.. BUT SPOKE GREAT ENGLISH TRYING TO GET MY COMPLAINT.. INSTEAD OF MAKING SURE MY ORDER WAS CORRECT SHE WAS DETERMINING TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM.. WHICE OBVIOUSLY SHE ALREADY HAD A CLUE THAT HER SERVICE TO ME.. SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.. BUT YET .. THE MANAGERS OR WORKERS CARED ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER WAS RIGHT.. AND OF COURSE THEY FAILED TO GET THE ORDER FILLED.. LET ALONE RIGHT.. THEY DIDN'T GET THE FF IN A BAG TO GIVE ME.. I REFUSE TO LET THIS STORW. WHO HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE SECOND CLASS CITIZENS.. WHICE WOULD BE ME A AMERICAN WHO DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH.. RUIN MY NIGHT AGAIN.. GIVE MY MONEY $ 1.40 TO RONALD MACDONALD HOUSE.. THEIR SERVICE IN THIS STORE AND OTHER ONE.. THE OWNER OF THIS STORE.. NO MATTER IF YOUR AN AMERICAN ,SPANISH, BLACK, CHINESE, WHATEVER , WHOEVER.. NEEDS TO TRAIN EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES.. But I think they where in Cuba in there minds, cause each window I pulled up to they started speaking Spanish to me and I just gave them the deer in headlights look. 😳 I mean I'm black and I don't look like I'm Hispanic. I kept repeating i don't speak Spanish. Than I had to say to a manager who came to prepare fresh coffee that inside the filter Bin was filthy. coffee was under the filter, so someone else came up cause she could not understand what I was saying to her in reference to cleaning it before she made a fresh pot please. So the guy that came up that did understand me explained to her what I was saying, than she cleaned it. They ask me to pull to the front to wait for the coffee, I agreed. So I waited, and waited for about 10 minutes they had taken care of 2 to 3 cars in drive through at this point. I got out of my car and went inside and asked for my coffee. They just poured it up and gave it to me. No apology what so ever. And I don't know when did McDonald's start selling shoe string fries🤔🙄. I don't know what happened to this McDonald's. Read moreUpdate: 01/27/24. This McDonald's is still the worst. The managers are so rude! Why do I bother coming here expecting anything different is beyond me. My husband ordered me a double cheeseburger extra onions, he checked when he got the food and there was barely any onions. He went inside to nicely asked them to put extra onions and they told him no because the meat already comes with the onions. I spent 4 years working at McDonald's, I just want to know since when? I know this is a lie and absolutely disrespectful for them to lie dead in someone's face. But yet people want to get paid more. Sure, I'll support that but do the job at that pay rate increase you are asking for. Insanity. Pure garbage.
I'm not one to give bad reviews to McDonald's but this one of the worst I've been to. I ordered about 8 plain cheeseburgers and I checked them because I have a bunch of kids who are picky. One of them had ketchup and onions and when telling the lady at the window with a nasty attitude she's seriously sitting there telling me that no it's plain but that it didn't have a sticker. I had to give her a attitude right back to tell her I opened it and it wasn't plain! She was absolutely rude. I don't think I've run across anyone nice...
