I’ve been coming to So Vain for years and absolutely love it! Their work and customer service are both impeccable. They are all so professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They always recommend what is best for you versus trying to make an extra buck out of you. The inside of their locale is SO aesthetic and clean. It is also conveniently located with easy parking out front. I’ve been getting facials religiously every 4-6 weeks for the past 3 years with the magnificent Marlene. And late last year I started to get my brows done with Jenny; which thanks to her remarkable work, I am now addicted to doing my brows.

What I appreciated about my first appointment ever at So Vain was that even though I was going for lash extensions, Allison (owner) had suggested that a lash lift would work best for my needs. She definitely made me feel at ease, especially since it was my first time doing my lashes ever. My lashes after were perfection; her work has always been phenomenal.

Anytime that I’ve had facial appointments with Marlene, she always thoroughly analyzes my skin and recommends the best option for me. When I first started to see Marlene, my skin definitely needed the TLC but thanks to her work my face has now cleared up and it no longer looks dull. Marlene is an amazing human being; she’s diligent, funny, kind, understandable, makes me feel like family and is VERY knowledgeable.

Finally last year I started to see Jenny for facial waxing and brows. Jenny is very talented and her customer service is spectacular. She is very thorough and diligent. I initially came to see her for a facial wax but we also did brows which I absolutely loved the result that I haven’t stopped going to her since! I’ve also done a lash lift with her which was perfection as well.
