Subway — Restaurant in Hialeah

I ordered two footlong subs, pizza and a combo. One was an oven roasted chicken sub and the other a chicken bacon sub. When I arrive to pick up I actually see the guy making our subs and the manager was no where to be seen. Until this old man comes in selling cologne and she pops out, without a mask and was not helping the employee who was making my subs. I then get her attention because I was pacing from standing for some time. She began helping with the small pizza I ordered at which point she now has a mask on. They wrap up the order and I take it home. When I arrive home I realize that the subs were not made correctly, so I called the place. The managers response to this issue was come back and bring the subs with you and we will fix it. I was livid that I got that as a reply. I live in Miami where traffic and time are enemies to each other. I did not want to waste anymore of time waiting for these inept people to get an online...

I have been to about five subways around the area. This one I would say is of average size. The employees are very nice. The employee making my sub asked if I wanted more of the ham I was putting in and kept asking in other items. I have never been asked that and didn't even know I could do that. It's also a clean restaurant. You could bring your family in here as well. They also work fast as well, there was three people in front of me and it took about five minutes for me to get my ordered started and was about in a jiffy. I went on 3/12/21 and got the chicken terriaki with all the veggies and I got food poison and did not get any better for 10 days. Went to the hospital 2 times in the same week and when I got the energy to call, I got accused bye the manager Evelyn in Spanish that I was lieing. Don't put your life in the hands of neglect people....
