One of their own employees admitted to me that sometimes packages are mistakenly taken by delivery drivers, and I have proof of this statement.

When I requested a formal written statement confirming that my package was never delivered to me (so I could obtain a refund from the seller), the store manager not only refused but decided to cancel my mailbox contract altogether. His justification was that I had “mistreated” employees — which is completely false. I have always maintained a cordial and professional relationship with every staff member. In reality, it is the manager who has treated me poorly and taken an unjustified and retaliatory action against me.
