Worst store in the area, do not go to Miami Spring Metro. They sold my husband a refurbished phone that was like new. He went to the store three times to complain and lost a day of work waiting for the manager who was supposed to fix the problem. Irresponsible. Disrespectful to the customer. Please Metro take action on this. They cannot play with...

I asked if they could fix my phone's screen, which was horribly cracked but still working. Well, they took my money, broke the phone to the point of no return, and didn't bother refunding me.

This was quite a while back, mind you, so I'm unsure if the folks that "helped" me then still work there, but it definitely left a bad taste...
