Yas! Burger isn’t just a spot, it’s a damn revelation wrapped in foil and cradled between toasted buns. This isn’t your average grease-trap patty mill; this is a burger joint with soul, swagger, and unapologetic indulgence. I ordered the YAS! Burger exactly as it comes, no alterations, except I doubled down on the patties, because why half-step into divinity? The result? I would definitely say this place is the definition of a hole in the wall. Located on the side of a gas station in Hialeah Gardens, I would have never found it if it wasn't for Yelp. First of all the owner Jason is SO nice, he makes it a pleasure just to come in. But the food-- WOW. Everything is made to order and you could just tell the ingredients are good quality and FRESH. I've been coming here for a year already and basically had the whole menu. EVERYTHING is good. The chicken wings, quesadilla, beef and chicken tacos, the chimis, my favorite the CHICKEN WRAP. Ive even had the salad and it was delicious. This place is more or less open all the time but on the weekends stays open til like 3 AM. I think that's when it especially hits the spot. I swear this is the best lowkey burger place you’ll find in the whole Miami area. There’s a part of me that wants the whole world to try this goodness but another that doesn’t because then they’ll go maninstream and then I’ll have to wait hours in line. 😂 but God bless the hand of the chef who does these.
