Arby's — Restaurant in Hickory

Well now I reckon when the bar is low as far as roast beef competition it's purty easy to be the best in the roast beef category. But seriously they do a good roast beast sandwich. I'd hate to be the feller what has to sharpen the knifes there, that roast is cut Bible page thin every time. This Lenoir crowd likes to ball it up in the center so's you have to eat half the bun to finally get to the meat. That's alright I reckon but I'll usually reach in and spread that meat around somewhat over the bun so that it's more proportionate per bite. I like their o jue sauce to, it's like sopping but you dip instead of drag. That o jue goes good on fries too but don't try it sitting in your truck or you'll burn the dog out of your private area and I'm speaking from screaming experience. Git home or let your tailgate down then douse the fries in the o jue. That fry packaging ain't conducive to o jue pouring in the least. Watch out for the mozzerella sticks too while we're on the subject. They taste mighty good but Lord above let them things cool down afore you bite into them or you'll burn the roof of your mouth to a cinder. And cheese will stick there like caulk to a sink so then you're running around bellering and hocking so much your friend and family laugh like a pack of jackals at you. I went thru the drive thru on 07/15/19 at 2:12, it took forever to get to the speaker, I ordered 2 onion rings and a large coke, was told they are out of onion rings. I could not get out of line since there was cars behind me so I just told her to give me a large coke. It took 12 minutes to get to the window to get my drink, when I got there I gave the kid(cashier) my card and she sure did not know what she was doing, after I gave her my card she says my order was $11.11 and I tried to get her attention to tell her that was not my order, I only had a coke but she didn't pay any attention to what I was trying to say. She run my card for that amount and when she handed it back I told her again that was wrong. She said something to the lady behind her and then told me they would put it back on my card but as of right now it is still not refunded??? She did give me my drink which when I got back to work it was not coke it was sweet tea, that I don't drink. I have tried to call them this morning several times but can not get any answer??? I went there today and seen the fish sandwich was back which i love , i seen the 2 for 6.99 fish sandwich and i ordered 2 and told them that i did not want tartar sauce but mayonnaise instead. I alo asked for onions and didnt tell me they charged extra for onions til after i paid. The picture beside the 2 foe 6.99 shows the fish with lettuce tomato and cheese and i get home and there is only fish and lettuce and no onions. I called the store 4 times until someone answered and she said thats the way it comes and i asked her if the picture of the fish sandwich showed all of the lettuce tomato cheese beside the 2 for 6.99 . She said that was the super deluxe fish sandwich and i got the regular fish sandwich. I asked her why does it show the big super deuxe fish sandwich beside the 2for 6.99. No response from her.
