Ciara is a Shining Star!⭐

While my family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament, we had a bit of a Starbucks snafu. My teenager had placed a mobile order, but unfortunately, Google maps directed us to the wrong location.

We ended up at this Starbucks (next to Chipotle), frazzled and a little stressed. Despite our mistake, Ciara was incredibly gracious and understanding. She calmly listened to our situation and quickly took care of the order, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.

I personally don't drink Starbucks, so I can't speak to the drinks themselves. However, I can wholeheartedly rave about the exceptional customer service we received. Ciara's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile were truly appreciated. In a world where customer service often falls short, Ciara is a shining example of how it should be done.

If people love Starbucks for the drinks, that's great. But I, for one, will advocate 100% for the kind and dedicated people like Ciara who are there to provide an amazing customer experience. Thank you, Ciara, for turning our mishap into a moment of...

I wanted to love our new Starbucks, but the new store is just awful the longer it's open. Employee's act like it's patrons are an inconvenience. There's no more personalized connections. Just woke employee's who care more about what color their hair is that week and whether you remember their makeup names on their name tags or use the correct pronouns! They're always out of everything. Not all the employees fault, but it is whoever is ordering and corporate. The variety of food and pastries is so little, I've stopped going as often. Their all shrinking in size and getting more expensive! As if no one noticed. They over cook the food to bricks. It's just horrible! I wish they take Starbucks back to basics! Stop coming out with so many new drinks every couple of weeks. Stop having so many BOGO days... Your killing the stores with skeleton crews. THis is a very new location. in fact i was driving through and google did not say there was a Starbucks so i gave up.... and then drove by this location! what is going on google? anyway when i pulled into the parking lot i zoomed in and ... there it was.. but it wouldn't pull up in a search.. super weird. anyway the bathrooms were clean. the food came very quickly. it was all on point. only one complaint is the cashier at the time i came was not interested in small talk at all.. zero... just biz. Typically Starbucks is better then that. Maybe they should send her to Dunkin Donuts lol . i don't hold that against the rest of the place. everything else is great. just watch for that...
