Subway has the app that is junk and only way to eat there is with coupon or order with app that don't work half the time .more aggravating than it's worth spend all the time on app and then oops something went wrong and you must start over but if you go into a store it cost 3 times what it is if you use app plus you stand there while they make all of the online subs of the lucky while acting like your not even there if someone is in front of you deal with that person right away especially if the person who ordered on line is not there for pickup .that's not good customer service in my book and to make it 3 times as much in person is bad business and I hope they do a update on there business model and reset back to online just being a service for anyone not wanting to deal with ordering in person and not forcing the other people to use the app to get a fair price on a sub.there are other sub places to go where they want the customer to eat there because of the fair price and don't price gouge you for not using a stupid app that at best is troubled. Ryder, Alex, and Zayden.. shout out to you guys for the excellent service y’all provide. When I come through they always make conversation and are down to earth people as well. Y’all always have the best attitudes when I come through. I’ve also noticed the way y’all treat your customers and the respect y’all display when I’m waiting in line. Read moreI have been to Subway restaurants all across the south and have never been to a Subway as BAD as the Mt view location. The staff does not know what customer service is. They do not know what their specials are that are advertised on TV. The staff act like you are from outer space if you hand them a coupon. What’s even worse than that is I went this past Tuesday at 445pm and they were so slow that it took 35 minutes for me to get two subs. There were severL people in line behind me that just turned and left when they saw how long it was taking for just one order. To top it all they only had one kind of bread and the answer I got was that first shift didn’t do their job and bake the bread.
