It may just be me, but I’ve never had a good experience at this Wendy’s. I don’t eat at this chain very often as it’s not my favorite, (Chick-fil-A is). A few weeks ago I went to this local diner tried to order a burger. The staff was very rude and said “we don’t know how to make your order.” I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, but no other toppings. I literally had to explain to them how to make my order. After the lady raised her voice several times at me, and a messed up conversation, I get the wrong food. They gave me a single with every topping imaginable, wrong drink, and a small fry when I requested a large. I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes in the line to get my older right. For those not satisfied by my response, I’ll leave an example from tonight. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, the car in front of me finally gets to place their order. It’s about 9:50PM at this time. No one came over the speaker box until 10:03. I had already made up my mind that I wasn’t waiting any longer. So as soon as they ordered and pulled off, I drove up the box, waited for a minute, and decided to leave. Glad I left, because the line was still backed up at the window. I didn’t want to wait a half hour for the wrong food again. I’ve had better experiences at other Wendy’s locations, but typically everyone of them gets something wrong. I also understand there is a major short staff issue going around, I work in the staffing industry. I try to be patient, but this Wendy’s location doesn’t deserve...
Read moreFirstly, we spent 30 minutes in the drive thru from the time we arrived to the time we got our order taken to the time we arrived at the window. After being told at the speaker that the restaurant was out of honey and mustard and bbq sauce, I had to settle with sweet and sour. I specifically requested a Dave's Single (just the sandwich) with NO CHEESE. I proceeded to order the crispy chicken blt with the 4for4 deal, after being told I could not order that specific sandwich with the $5 Biggie Bag. I also ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my daughter. When I finally got to the window, I made sure to double check with the guy at the window that the burger had no cheese. He had to run back to the kitchen to tell them no cheese, so I am assuming it was not on the order already. I could immediately tell that the guy at the window and the lady next to him we're flustered. When I finally received our food, I pulled over to make sure everything was good and so we could sit and eat since it had taken so long to get through. -- There were NO sauces in the bag,y chicken sandwich was a normal crispy chicken, not the the BLT that I requested and that I paid extra for, and for some reason, we were given an extra burger. Due to no doors being unlocked on the building, I had to cut back in line in the drive thru and wait another 15 minutes to get the settled-on sauces. So in all, my wife, my daughter, and I spent about an hour trying to get food from a fast food restaurant. Terrible...
Read moreI ordered a #1 Dave's Single Meal and specifically asked for ketchup before I pulled around to the window. When I got my order, I double checked the bag and didn't have ketchup. I made eye contact with two workers inside the window who both looked away instead of coming back to the window to see what I needed. I waited patiently for several more minutes, and I even gave my horn one toot. Finally someone came back over once there was another person behind me to ask what I needed. I got 3 packets of ketchup and then left. Once I drove away, and opened my sandwich, I had received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of my cheeseburger! 😭 Since I avoid confrontation, I did try eating the chicken sandwich, but it was entirely too spicy and so I left more than half of it. I went back to the restaurant to see if I could get the correct sandwich. When I pulled around, the supervisor on staff exclaimed, "WELL YOU ALREADY ATE IT!" Then she rolled her eyes at me, and threw the remainder of the chicken sandwich in the trash. My entire experience made me feel so less than, like I was an annoyance instead of a paying customer. Honestly, I...
