I have never experienced the lack of customer service at a Dominoes establishment that I did yesterday. I ordered a pizza and was given the option at the counter to coupon it to have a pizza and a drink for a cheaper price, so I said yes. Apparently the coupon didnāt work, and the employees accused me that my card didnāt go through (even though the screen said approved and I showed them my bank statement to which they pointed out that the transaction said pending, which is what a transaction does before itās posted the next business day). Their solution was for me to pay for the pizza twice. Even when the employees realized that it was their machines mistake, there was no apology and honestly just completely rude -they barely acknowledged me in the whole situation and just talked to one another. At that point, after 10 minutes of this interaction I asked for a refund. Would not recommend this...

I went ahead and paid for my pizza and was told that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I agreed to wait so I went out to my car. When I came back in my order still hadnāt even been started. At this point Iām upset and frustrated. Me and the employees exchange words and she refunds my money. I go home and carry on with my night. I wake up to a text message the next morning. First of all why are you an employee texting my number after work hours. Second, what other information of mines do you have. At this point Iām nervous everyday because I donāt know what all this person has on me and I donāt even know her name. My third issue is that I spoke to the store manager but still havenāt heard anything from anyone else...

I called back when I noticed that on the app that my order had been delivered and the supervisor or whoever answered the phone said that she would call my phone when the order would do you resent. I waited about 35 minutes and nothing. I called back to the store and I was told that my order was delivered to the wrong address again. The manager or whoever answered the phone said that she called my phone which she didn't because I didn't have any missed calls and plus I waited outside the whole time for the for the delivery driver. I asked for a refund and I was told that it would be back on my card within a couple of days. Next time I'll just pick it up myself....
