I’m doing door dash and enter store. After customer is ranged up she walks away and helps customer who just walked in the door. She called for another employee from back who didn’t answer until she went to go get him. When he came out he ignored me and rang customer up who’s order hadn’t been bagged yet. At this time I was asked if I could be helped. The delivery order had not been started yet.
Do not come to this location on Saturday between 3pm and 6pm physically nor order online from this location.
Female employee refused to give order to me took order in the back and started claiming that she didn’t feel safe.
Light complexion male told me tell door dash to send someone else. Next he said to tell customer to cancel order and place new order.
I called customer to make them aware of what was going on.
Notified door dash support.
I called police.
Police came and to assess the situation.
The owner, manager and corporate office needs to be made aware of this. How this has resulted in my losing money from door dash, and the 3 employees together will form story to protect themselves and their job.
At no time have I raised my voice and didn’t make any movements that could be considered threatening.
The wouldn’t give police any information to give my to file a formal complaint and no information is easily distinguishable on internet.
I am going file paperwork against the store and possibly a lien.
I have decided to forgive every employee, the owner and corporate and I turn it over into God’s hands.

Read moreI ordered my food online. I set my pickup time for 50 minutes. When I got there, I was right on time, but my order wasn't ready yet. I had to wait approximately 10 more minutes. I got my food. Left. Got home and unwrapped each sub (I had 2). I had 1 giant Big Kahuna Philly Cheese steak without jalapenos, heavy mayo and heavy vinegar. 1 regular cheese steak #17, I can't remember the name of it. I got that one without peppers and onions, extra cheese, mayo and heavy vinegar. What I got was nearly inedible!! There was so much mayonnaise on both subs, that it was all you could taste. It was so heavy you couldn't even scrape it off. The giant sub only had vinegar on one half of it, and the regular sub didn't have ANY vinegar at all! When I got there there were only a couple of people ordering. Its not like they were busy. The food was fixed in a totally unacceptable fashion. It was so bad, I won't ever go back to that Jersey Mike's shop again. There is only 1 other shop in the city I live. Read moreWe ordered food delivery on the Jersey Mike's app. They had DoorDash bring the food to us, which was just fine; the driver was excellent.
When we unwrapped our sandwiches, they were both bone dry, despite being ordered "Mike's Way."
When we called in to report the problem, the person who claimed to be the manager tried to tell us we had to contact DoorDash, but said he'd "look into it" and get back to us.
When we next spoke to him a few minutes later, he again tried to tell us we had to resolve the issue through DoorDash.
In the end, after much arguing and name calling, Cade finally agreed to give us a full refund and put us in the book for free food. Still, it was 8:30 and every place that delivers food was extremely busy. We had to go get our own food somewhere if we wanted it before 9:30 at night.
