Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Highland

Tiffany is downright and absolutely amazing!!! We come here every Wednesday night during Select Softball for the Lady Roughnecks when they have practice just to eat Jimmy John's and say hi to Tiffany. I think she may be the assistant manager or something? I cannot remember what she told us. Regardless, she is amazing. She already starts prepping to get our subs ready once she see's us. She is always friendly and has the biggest smile on her face. The whole team there is amazing, but she always takes it up a few notches when it comes to customer service.

You guys should be so grateful to having such a wonderful person on your staff as they are hard to find these days.

Softball season starts soon with practices in a few months and we cannot wait to get back to Highland on a weekly basis to enjoy the good subs and hopefully Tiffany is still around!

I know my stepdaughter loves see her as well. She says the cookies are always better when Tiffany is around.....I don't think she understands that the cookies are premade haha.

Pretty unimpressive location. I was excited when I heard there was a Jimmy Johns opening in town but from my first order I was blown away by how poorly they can manage to assemble what I can only assume are great ingredients that show up on the truck every morning, judging from any other JJ location's superior quality sandwich. The others manage to do a lot better with the same stuff.

Stale bread is the norm. Sandwiches are loaded with lettuce to make up for the lack of the more expensive meats and cheeses. And lol, don't bother asking for avacado spread because the amount they put on has got to be some kind of joke. It's like if you had a knife, and just kinda imagined dipping it into the avacado spread and then spread that on the sandwich. And you pay a good premium to add that.

And you know, you think you could write it off as a one off experience, but I have given them a few tries. It's just how they do.

Once again this review does not reflect my opinions on JJs as a whole, just this...

I agree with Lance Litteken; this franchise needs help. So, Jimmy Johns sent me a gift card a while back from another botched order of Wraps. I said, Well I'll just go in and watch them make them...... That went well. I figured they got it sorted out. So today I did another order online. I asked for Bacon on all 3 wraps (it was a add on that costs extra) (No I did not open each wrap in the drive through) I get home and My wife opens hers, and said "They did it again!" Sure enough; there is NO Bacon and there were tomatoes which I explicitly requested not be put on her wrap (she cant stand them). Looked at the other 2 wraps and yup NO BACON. I get it; is fast food; I also get the employees are young. But this is the 2nd Time now (alibet not in a row) that my order was NOT correct and I paid for the additional toppings....... I think I will be ordering from Edwardsville (10 miles out of my way) to get a...
