I’ve been having remodeling done at my home, so for the last few months I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for breakfast and for the most part have received okay service. This is why I gave them two stars instead of one. I also have brought my daycare kids here and have bought many many meals over the years that I have been coming to this McDonald’s. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and ordered my breakfast and when I got to the window it was not ready so they asked me to drive around and park and wait for my order so I did. (They do that so their timer will stop as if they did give you your food in a timely manner when they actually haven’t.) After waiting several minutes I got out of my car went inside to see my order sitting there and no one attending to it. No apology, just oops here’s your order. Then today I ordered my food got to the window and they didn’t make my mocha frappe so the lady again asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring my order out to me. I tried to explain to her at the drive-thru window that I did that yesterday and waited several minutes and you never brought me my order so she insisted they would bring it to me so I drove around and waited for 12 minutes. I then got out of my car walked inside and saw my mocha frappe sitting on the counter again no one attending to it. When I ask the lady behind the counter is that my mocha frappe that I’ve been sitting there waiting 12 minutes for she just laughed and handed it to me. So after giving them my business for the 14 years that I’ve lived in the area plus the 14 years that I worked in the area before I moved over here, I don’t need to give them my business anymore. I have taken several of my Daycare kids here and have bought them numerous meals and don’t need to do that anymore as well. If they want give us such poor customer service and then think it’s so funny when they give poor customer service I don’t need to give them my business. (There’s a McDonald’s inside Walmart up...
Read moreI placed an order through their mobile app as soon as I placed it and told them I was there they added an extra dollar to the charge when I went to knock on the door to ask why they couldn't tell me told me I had to get a hold of the app I told them I wasn't picking up the order because until I do I don't get charged for it and I told them that I had ordered the McRib and things and I told them I'd go through the drive-thru to order the McRib since I couldn't I'm not going to pay the extra dollar and I told this to the manager So I go through the drive-thru. While I'm on the phone with the mobile app people and the mobile app people are telling me that I need to talk to the McDonald's and McDonald's is telling me I got to talk to the mobile app. So I just hang up on the mobile app and I go to order because I got to the window and they're like we don't have McRibs I'm like it's on your screen well we don't have it here I'm like you mean to tell me I went to drive through after telling you guys I'm heading there and your telling me now you don't have them so I have to go threw the whole damn drive-thru waiting line for nothing. So I would suggest don't waste your time going to that McDonald's because the management doesn't know anything. The workers don't know anything, and if you go through the drive-thru after you tell them you posted your order which is supposed to be there waiting for you McRibs they tell you they don't have them when you go through the drive-thru. Read moreWent through the drive through yesterday. While in the line suddenly it just stopped moving at all. After about 25 minutes of not a single car moving forward, and people starting to get out of their cars and try to figure out what was going on, someone in line finally got through to the restaurant. Apparently they had "discovered money missing" and just shut down, stopped serving. And didn't tell anyone in the drive through, many of us having already paid due to mobile app usage, and unable to leave regardless by being blocked in by other cars front and back. Just left us there. Who knows how long they would have just left us sitting there if we hadn't gotten out of our cars to find out what was going on. Once we found out the insane reason we were left just trapped in a drive through multiple people started demanding how missing money was our problem and why we were being left stuck. Finally they got us out of there after all that. But apparently if we hadn't started complaining after 25 minutes of being stuck they were planning to just never tell us?
