I ordered a big carl because it has 2 patties. I asked for the beyond patties. When i got it it had only one patty. When i asked about it she said i was only charged for 1 patty and i would have to pay for the 2nd. That wasn't an issue. She then tried to charge 3 dollars for the second patty as apposed to the 2 dollars i have always paid per patty. I asked why and she tried to say that was how the computer works. I told her this was the first time it was that price. I got nothing but attitude for my troubles. I asked for a refund and she refused. I asked who the manager was and for contact info and she refused. I calmly told her that it is policy and she then issued my refund with extreme contempt. I will never return here because of her. Fast food isnt the greatest job but it is still a job and it should be done with a better attitude. I will be escalating this if a satisfactory result isn't achieved. Read moreI ordered 2 sausage biscuits with gravy around 9:15 this morning via the drive through. A dark haired man with a facemask was working at the drive yup window. He did not say a single word during the entire transaction. I had a $20 bill in my hand when I arrived at the window. He took it without a word; just handed me my change and walked away, to get the bag of food. When he returned, there was no "thank you" , no "we appreciate your business", nothing. A few minutes later, I arrived at my destination and unpacked the food. Both biscuits were as hard as rocks. I could not even crumble them. That was no receipt for the transaction included in the bag.
When I got home, I tried calling the restaurant to tell them what had happened. The phone just rang and rang and eventually went to a fax machine tone. I will definitely not be returning to...
Read moreService girl/lady at the drive up was rude, rushing us to giving our order, cutting us off when we were making our order or asking questions when we got our food the French fries that we asked for, to be nice and hot, right out of the fryer; they were barely warm. Also I asked for onions, plus extra onions on my hamburger; there were only three small pieces (sliced too thick) on my burger. Some of this could have been excused, but when you include the rudeness & rushing of the staff, it’s definitely a big disappointment! We’ve been loyal customers for several years, & love Carl’s Jr....tell everyone it’s the place to get a good burger....&...even if we weren’t old customers; new or old should not be treated this way.
