11/07/2024 (Thu) We used to come here often when the restaurant first opened. During the opening period, they even offered complimentary pudding, and the place was always lively and bustling. However, there was one female server who was consistently rude and unpleasant, which left a bad impression. The final straw for us was the disappointing takeout experience. The portion size was much smaller than when dining in, which made us feel cheated. After that, we didn’t return for years. Recently, we decided to give this place another try after a very long time. We ordered the Pork Vermicelli Bowl and the Pho Gabo Special. The vermicelli had well-seasoned meat, and overall, it was slightly better than the average vermicelli dishes we’ve tried at other Vietnamese restaurants. 01/17/2025 (Fri) We wanted to go to Noodle World but were disappointed to find it had closed. Feeling deflated, we came back here instead. This time, we had the Brisket Pho and the Beef Stew Noodle. The beef stew reminded me of my favorite at Pho Nguyen, where the soup is rich and flavorful, the meat is tender, and both the beef and the large chunks of potato are generously served, giving it a hearty, rustic feel. This version was good as well, with a similar broth, but the meat wasn’t as tender, and unfortunately, it didn’t include any potatoes. Overall, the food here is still quite enjoyable, and we were glad to revisit it after all...

I ordered dinner for my family through DoorDash. The delivery was great, I didn’t have to wait long. I ordered 4 customized beef pho’s, 1 chicken, and 1 vegetarian with veggie broth. When the order arrived, all 6 cups of broth looked identical with no label or any indication on which was which. The bowls of noodles with toppings had none either. We tasted them all; all beef, no chicken or veggie broths. I called and they let me know I could go pick up a replacement immediately. No problem on my end. I arrived and the lady at the register saw me, but didn’t acknowledge me or respond when I said hi; just worked on something at the desk for 10 minutes. She then went into the kitchen and brought out a big bag for a TO-GO order and asked if this was mine. I told her I was only here for a veggie broth. Another customer came in at that moment and the lady asked how she could be helped. I was completely ignored as the customer was helped with her order. Once the customer left, the lady finally helped me with mine. This experience just gave me a bad taste and I’m not looking forward to eating...

I was here 1/23/24. I orderedd a pork buhn mi to go with no butter/mayo and pate instead on both sides of the bread. The nice waitress said she would be happy to add pate to the sandwich and charged me $1.00 more for doing so. The meat had good flavor but there were very few veggies on the sandwich and it was without the pate I paid extra to get.

I also ordered a beef brisket fatty flank. for 14.95 very little meat and none of it was fatty which adds to the pho flavor. There was no broth in the noodles served--just water. When the waitress asked me if I wanted to take the noodles home, I said no--they have NO FLAVOR. She seemed surprised but offered no solution. I didn't eat them.

The atmosphere was punctuated by loud vietnamese rock and roll and the neighboring Musicians playing bad drum solos. Why is it people do not think of their guests when choosing music an instead young men act like you are eating in their home. Create an atmosphere for your guests, not yourself.

The one star was for the nice waitress who is working hard with people who are dragging her down....
