Look at this pizza. Look at it. Really, do I need to say more? I moved to the Portland area about three years ago and for the life of me, I couldn’t find pizza that filled the void of my hometown’s best pizza place. Everything I tried was a subpar disappointment. I know there’s good pizza in Portland. I know that. Of course there is. But it seems like everyone and their mother is making fancy artisanal whatever, with a scant little sprinkling of cheese and a floppy, paper-thin crust. And darn it I just want a classic pizza! One with tons of cheese and a nice soft crust, with just a little bit of heft. And Odd Moe’s has granted my wish! LOOK AT IT! AMAZING! No longer do I mourn the lack of pizza in my life! And it’s so fresh that the sauce is still hot enough to burn my mouth when I get it home. I am so pleased with this place. Soooo pleased. I can’t believe my luck, as I live a mere five minutes away. I’ll be back again and again, especially because the carryout special is such a good deal. $14… for this wonderful, amazing, heavenly pizza. I must be dreaming.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Odd Moe’s Pizza in Hillsboro, and I was absolutely blown away! The pizza was incredibly flavorful, with every bite being better than the last. The service was just as impressive — the staff were friendly, expedient, and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. While I was waiting for my pizza, I had a chance to chat with the owner and learned that Odd Moe’s does a lot to support local schools in the community. It’s always great to support a local business that gives back to the people around them. I love knowing that my purchase helps a business that values and contributes to the community. I highly recommend giving them a try!

You absolutely cannot beat $26 for two large pizzas and a free two liter. We recently moved to the area and decided to give it a shot. Online website is so easy to use, gave us accurate wait time for the order. They have vegan cheese and vegan meat options. We got a vegan sausage and green onion and a pepperoni with extra cheese. The sauce is going to keep me up at night craving more. Perfect not too thick not too thin crust. A breath of fresh air from our usual national chain pizza orders. Can't wait to try appetizers and new toppings next time around!

Really disappointed by the terrible service we received last night. We were on track to becoming regulars here, but now we won’t be back. We ordered two large pizzas online, one with 2 toppings and one with 3, so nothing too complicated. The site said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We got to the store on time and the lady inside said it would be another 10 minutes. When we went back in at the new time, the lady said they gave one of the pizzas to someone else and they were remaking it. She waved us back in 25 minutes later to say our order was finally ready. So, at this point we were waiting for two simple pizzas for over an hour. I went back inside and asked if they remade both of them or just the one they gave away, and she clarified that they only remade one of them. The other one was sitting in their warmer for about 40 minutes. I used to work at a pizza place and there was a rule that if a pizza sat in the warmer for over 10 minutes, we had to throw it away and remake it because it wouldn’t be fresh. So, I asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to wait again for everything to be correct, hot and fresh. As the employee was issuing the refund, he said, “we’re just really swamped right now, sorry.” That was confusing to me because I watched 4 employees just standing at the front counter for most of the 35+ minutes I was waiting outside and they only helped two other customers in that window. I’m glad I got the refund though, because when we got home with it, the old pizza—sure enough—was room temperature and rubbery and the taste was awful. I threw that one away. The pizza they “remade” was on the wrong crust so at the end of the day, they couldn’t even get a simple order right, even after trying for...

We decided to try Odd Moe's based on some online reviews and we weren't entirely disappointed, but it was still a fail, as detailed below. It was getting on in the night, they were open, and they delivered at the promised time. That's all definitely something to consider.

However, Odd Moe's failed in two key areas.

The notably overcooked pizza featured leather-like dark brown crust, and even though the toppings were of good quality and in adequate quantity, the crust is critical and proper cooking times are a thing. I'd guess that the crust could have been really good, making this one of the better pies I've found in the area. (subtracting two stars here)

Even though they were right on time, the driver failed to follow very simple delivery instructions which we provided twice during the rather odd and very slow online ordering process. Every other pizza joint in the area that we've used has happily chosen to simply follow these instructions, because they make sense. The driver stated that he was not able to park adjacent to the front door, so he chose to deliver to the garage. You know, where there's no doorbell and no way to hear him knock. That's just plain laziness. (subtracting a star here)

We might try them again if we find our preferred pizza spot is closed again, but probably not until then.

Edit: We tried once more and received another overdone pie that was this time handled incorrectly and squished to one side of the box. It's also quite watery, rather than the expected greasy. We will not be eating this suspicious food. But hey, the driver at least brought it to the correct door and undercharged us, even though we tried to correct the $1.50 error.

One star is all...

I ordered food on 12/30/2022 at about 5:30ish, when I placed the order over the phone, they told me it would take about an hour to get here which was totally understandable considering it was a Friday night however, when it didn’t show up after about an hour and 15 minutes I called and was just checking on the status of my order they then told me the carrier was sure he dropped it off to someone at their door I told them we never received the food and so the gentleman that was speaking to me told me her would get that order in the works and get it out asap which I was totally okay with. I then received a call about 5 minutes later from the “manager” and she was saying things like, “I used to deliver, I’ve never had someone accept food that wasn’t theirs.” And, “are you sure nobody in the house has a welted the food?” And she swore up and down the driver said he dropped it off to the right place. She was very disrespectful implying that I was lying and trying to get free food. She then told me she was going to ride along with the driver to see where he delivered the food because they were so sure it was dropped off to the right place. When they got here, I asked the driver where he delivered the food to the first time and he pointed to the wrong apartment ( which is totally fine, I used to work in the food industry so I understand mistakes happen.) I however do not appreciate the way I was spoken to by the “manager” and I do have the conversation recorded in case anyone wants to reach out to...
