I really hate to give Negative reviews but Here we go. My wife and I have been a loyal customers of Pasta Pronto for a few years now. Over the Past Year we have ordered from here about 30 times. 24 times we have had to call back to say something was missing like Dressing that we paid extra for or cheese, Turkey Ect. Today is what really finally broke the straw. I called and Ordered our Salad's with Extra Dressing like we do every week, Again they misses the 2 Extra containers of dressing that we pay $1 Extra per dressing container. I called and spoke to a nice employee who was new and she said she was happy to help, i explained ill be in shortly for the dressings, When i Showed up, I explained who i was and had also pointed out that I have always called and complained about something missing and that maybe there is something they can pass along to the others. The Owner/Manager (the younger one) Comes from behind the counter after the lady gave me the Dressing and states "Whats your problem, I explained that this is a weekly affair of having to come back or having meals compensated", The Owner/Manager was very intimidating in his voice and posture started explaining how they are short staffed.(For someone who always goes there, 5 people in the back chit chatting is not understaffed) I then explained how i spoke to the Original Owner (The Chef) 2 Weeks ago about The Salad Dressing tasting not right, This was during the power outage, that was like pulling teeth, So the Younger Owner starts saying that he remembers me and that I always have problems, As i try to interrupt and tell him the person i dealt with was on the other side of the counter (The Chef) he kept stating that that was untrue. I was told that the issues I keep experiencing with their rsturaunt are my fault for not checking my order when I'm in a hurry home afterwork. (This Shouldn't be like McDonalds where they Mess Up your Order constantly) The Last comment he made was if i have so many problems then our business isn't welcomed and kicked me out.
Warning to future customer's Food is Great but the Young Management needs some lessons in customer service. I don't care how you were handed your job, but you CANNOT treat your customer's poorly, Especially when you live Next Door. (Quatama)

Read moreWhen I came here a while back, I was looking forward to trying a nice new Italian themed restaurant. Unfortunately, Pasta Pronto did not deliver.
To start, the building wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't filthy, though, more of an in between. There was a decent amount of seating which was good as there were quite a few people eating there at the time. They had a lot of their packaged ingredients out in the dining area too, though, which made it feel a little more crowded.
The staff was good and seemed fairly friendly if a little overwhelmed but that was fine. The problems started when we saw that the kitchen area wasn't super clean either. To top it off, one of the staff dropped a utensil on the floor and then picked it up and put it back on the prep counter. That was quite disappointing.
After getting the food, which seemed like an ok price, I was disappointed to find that it was bland and not too flavorful. It wasn't necessarily bad, but it definitely wasn't great either.
A side note: they have since moved to a new location, and may have new staff/recipes/practices. Even with this in mind I have not been able to convince myself to go back due to my experience their. Maybe I just had a bad not, but in this case that's all it took.
Pasta Pronto was a miss for me, but hopefully it...
Read moreBad, bad, bad. I am amazed by how many good reviews there are for this place as it deserves none of it. One of the four specials listed on the main chalkboard was special #4 chicken pasta dish and clearly says "with Chicken". I told the cashier I wanted #4 pasta with chicken. Then she looks at her cheat sheet next to the register that lists all four of the specials and the #4 listed on her sheet states it is pasta with sausage. The women then clarifies with me, 'you mean sausage'? I said no, I want chicken since that is what your chalkboard says. She then confers with the cook and the cook actually pulls the pasta out from the fridge and shows it to us and said it's chicken. I then later while I wait for my food I hear the cooks talking in spanish wondering if the pasta is either chicken or sausage! I later get my food and discover it is clearly SAUSAGE. The waitress never once came and checked on us to see how we were doing either, probably because she knew that they gave us sausage! Plus it tasted like it just came out of the microwave. Definitely not worth the $12. Will never come back to this place again. You would think the people who work at a restaurant would actually know what kind of food they...
