Seller shipped a $160 1/6 scale figure in a shipping box the same size as its box with no bubble wrap on anything. Item was damaged in shipping. I believe if he would have got a slightly larger box and wrapped item that it might have survived the trip. Use common sense next time maybe a larger shipping box, some bubble wrap or peanuts. Seller did not offer a swap or refund and ebay failed to even get back to me about them contacting seller. I can’t emphasise enough how great the team at black ops toys are, they hold the best items available in 1/6th scale. They always communicate well and the customer service is a 10/10 every time. Availability is superb and they will go above and beyond to find the parts you require. Postage and packaging is considered , and well delivered, I have never had a damaged delivery. These guys are a leading light an icon in the 1/6th world , just keep doing what you do

And what was shipped, came in a horrible shipping package with almost no protection. Cheap carboard box arrived completely wrecked and half open. I could not be more impressed with the service of BlackOps Toys, as a somewhat new buyer to the industry, Their staff went out of their way to accommodate my wants. Being fortunate enough to live nearby, they immediately refunded my shipping costs and allowed me to arrange pickup of the order at their location. While there, an employee showed me a few other things I had questions about and I was able to purchase a few extra things. As a business owner, seeing a company running as well as they are, in today’s climate, is inspiring. Well done... Travis...
