These folks are awesome and their fruit is absolutely top-tier. Legitimately, I don't think I've ever had a bad piece of fruit in the many fruit cups I've gotten from them. The mango in particular during the summer is so ripe and sweet. They are also super friendly every time I've been there, which is pretty much every Tuesday Night Market. It's always a joy to see them and get a wonderful...

El Paraíso is a regular at the Hillsboro Tuesday Night Market while it's in session, and we stop by every week. The fruit cups they offer here are unbelievably good: always fresh, juicy, and delicious (make sure to get it with all the toppings, too! It's incredible). The people running it are also wonderful, and they always make you feel welcomed and valued. Cannot recommend this...
