OG Birrieria — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I’ve been eating at this cart for years. 8 or 9 years to be most exact. Last night I got my normal OG Burrito, got home and took a bite. It tasted like BLEACH! I was shocked and thought it was the sauce that I had put on it, so I tried the other half without sauce with the same taste. I immediately went back to exchange for another thinking it was some kind of cleansing mistake. The same girl that took my order was there, but didn’t understand a word I was speaking. Thankfully there was a a man there able to translate. He explained to her that the meat tasted like chemicals and I wanted a replacement. She was happy to oblige me and stated the meat was cooked off site. I took my food back home took one bite and could still taste Clorox. I assumed it was an aftertaste effect and threw in the fridge for a later time. It’s now been 24 hours since, my taste buds are fresh, and the CLOROX taste is still in the meat. The fact that she couldn’t speak English and continued to serve the same contaminated meat after the interpreter informed her is UNETHICAL AND INEXCUSABLE! on my second day strike of OG Birrieria 😍 literally cannot get enough of the quesabirria tacos! it's like they get better and better with each visit and daisy masters my expectations every time!! i had originally came back to get an agua de piña but they had sold out for the day which i'm not surprised! this drink is sooo bomb!! (view photos attached 🤩) the cashier theresa was so kind and patient with me while i decided what i wanted since they had ran out of the pineapple water and instead of rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable she began questioning my likes and dislikes. quickly she came up with just the perfect drink for me and im so thankful for her genuine kindness & caring personality . instead of letting me leave disappointed theresa provided outstanding service & we both walked away happy! the drink is horchata mixed with strawberry water! i think it would taste even yummier had the drink had fresh cut up strawberries! if you guys aren't sure what drink to try ask for this one with extra ice! i promise it won't disappoint.

10,000 / 10! This place is hands down the best Birrieria truck in the entire PNW! My family loves Birrieria and has tried several trucks from here to Seattle. OG Birrieria tops the charts! They are always so friendly, accommodating, their prices are competitive, their portions are huge, and they do not skimp out on meat! Everything is always full of flavor, perfectly cooked and their taco pack of 4 comes with consume for dipping, and sipping. I usually call ahead since there is always a line. Last weekend my family had a craving. I called at 8:35, they happily fulfilled my order even though they closed at 9. (Which I did not realize) I pulled up at 8:51, and despite their best efforts to close, they were still taking orders for those standing in line. I just love them, and I cannot say that enough.
