Went there about an hour ago @ Cornell location. Called ahead of time told them I wanted two hoagies and procedure for pickup and told I had a Birthday coupon and made sure they had change 100.00. Told I would order when there so hoagie wouldn't get soggy when get there. When I got there called again and placed order. Giant #13, 17, and again told I had a birthday coupon. She said bring it in when you pay. When I went in I showed him my coupon for a regular sub, drink and chips. Which I was going to pay for a regular price and other half was free like I did last year. Said I couldn't do that ( lie I did it last year) I asked why did she not tell me when I called. He ignored me. I asked again, he stated she didn't know. Read moreThey can’t seem to get it sorted. Ordered Friday night over the phone on the way out of town to the coast. Three sandwiches. One was completely wrong (had bacon when asked for it not to be and wasn’t warmed up). Bread was over cooked and rock hard but still served. Cut the top of my daughters mouth, so she was screaming all the car ride to the coast. Wife didnt eat her sandwich so I got to deal with her mood for 1.5 hour car ride as she was hangry.

I called the restaurant and the manager told me that even though they accepted the order, they weren't going to make it. I informed them that I was 5 minutes away and would only be 3 minutes late after they closed. Not only did the manager tell me that they were not going to make it, after I explained that the customer gets charged for canceling an order and my time is valuable, he claims that he wasn't able to cancel an order, which from doing third party deliveries for over 2 years, I know that was a lie seeing i have had restaurants cancel orders on me many times...
