Came through the drive-through today, April 3 at 11:05 AM and the gentleman on the drive-through was extremely aggressive and rude to the point where me asking if the sandwich had tomatoes or not made him upset. I felt so uncomfortable that I drove away and told him to have a good day, and when I called to speak about it to somebody, they let me know that he had autism, which I also have autism, and I understand that it’s a spectrum, but the aggressiveness from this person was uncalled for, and when I called to speak about my experience, they hung up on me. I understand that it’s important for everybody to have a job, but I also understand as a business owner it’s important for your customers to feel comfortable and welcomed. I approached him very nicely and very kind and to be treated that way just felt really uncomfortable and then to be hung up on was the icing on the cake. They let me know that he’s been there for eight years and he’s never had an issue and that he does great but from the clientele standpoint, it did not feel that way and it felt like my concerns were brushed off. Read moreA huge thank you to Amber and Brooke for helping us make Thanksgiving Day at work a little easier. In our industry holidays are the busiest time of year for us, including Thanksgiving. That means it's all hands on deck and long days. I ordered 400 8" sandwiches to be picked up at 4 AM on Thanksgiving morning. Amber was quick to say yes! When I got there at 4 AM, Amber and Brooke were just about done bagging all the sandwiches up. I reached out to a couple other locations to see if it was possible. Everyone said no. Who wants to work through the night the day before Thanksgiving?? Amber took on the challenge and killed it! She gave me a great deal too! Now the only reason why I am leaving this review is because when I tried to call them , is that their number doesn't work and to bring awareness of this location. So when I went in this restaurant there was one customer and two employees in the whole store. I stood there for awhile waiting for them to say anything to me but the didn't. So I politely asked them about my order and they were still making them, remind you they were only three little sandwiches. So after they eventually gave me my online go-to order with hardly a word. I took them home to find out they didn't follow the instructions of the order as well as there was things missing to my order.
