This is what 73 dollars is worth to them. We were told they were going to HAND draw it and when my mom went to go pick it up this is what we were given. I honestly don’t know why my mom keeps ordering cakes from them, they’re okay nothing special but they keep messing up our orders whether it’s the filling or the color of the icing. They charge so much for such terrible work. EDIT since it won’t let me reply to you, No thank you I’m not interested in ordering again out of the 4 caked we’ve ordered 3 have been wrong. For MY birthday cake my mom PAID EXTRA for SLICED FRESH strawberries since you guys said that they were “out of season” and it would “cost extra” but what we received was a cake with strawberry JAM in the middle. If you guys didn’t have strawberries you could have just said so instead of making my mom pay extra for something you guys didn’t even have and all you offered was a small cake in return?! The other cake was funny enough my other birthday cake and I wanted mango but I ended up with a cake with PINEAPPLE I don’t even like pineapple so I couldn’t even enjoy my OWN birthday cake. And all you guys said was that we were gonna get in store credit (which you guys didn’t even give us) and the 3rd cake is the one pictured below. If you cannot do a cake or run out of ingredients a simple phone call to the customer should be done but instead you guys just put out cakes that aren’t even what people order. And if you cant do a design SAY SO, so that people don’t waste their money on a tres leches cake that is not only dry but the design is terrible. So I’ll have to pass up...

La imperial can boast of excellent quality cakes. But their customer service cannot sink any lower. Very discourteous staff, first audaciously told me there was no cake even without asking if I actually had placed an order. Secondly based on the store staff instructions, I had texted the wordings of the cake only to be told when i wenr to pick the cake that nobody checks the messages to that phone. When politely requested if they would pipe a name the lovely staff Jarda couldnt possibly be more ruder . I asked if they sold paper plates. She said yes ( twice !) and then when i asked her where it was she said they didnt have any and that she was confused because of my presence in the store ! Just a gentle reninder .. while your cakes are fabulous.. you ll be out of business in no time if your staff continue in this fashion because : You are not the only bakery in town You are not giving away free cakes ! You charge a hefty price and it is only fair that the customer gets what...

I have a customer for years and never had a bad experience before. So I went to order some cakes for my daughter's party and a young man was helping us, I did notice that he was new and learning how to place an order, he was struggling and my husband told him to have the lady help him. The lady comes out and says he is still learning. Yes I understand that but she should have helped him how to place an order, she was very rude and with a nasty attitude. We placed the order and asked to get a Tres Leches with strawberries she said ok. Once we were going to pay, out of no where the lady says there is an extra charge for strawberries, I told her that I did not know there was going to be an extra charge and in a rude way she says "I can have them removed " I said no its fine since there was no point of just a cake with no filling. She was very rude and with a ugly attitude. Very bad...
