I have been to a few different Richard's, and I found that I am welcomed with a better staff, mainly a employee by the name of Jessica, who always seems to be working when I come in. She has a professional Demeanor, and a great work ethic. She real seem you know how to help her customers, and from what I have witnessed she toys to keep a safe running Establishment while she is working her shift. One time I was in there a while back and there was a lady that came in with a large dog, I remember the day because that time this lady's dog tried to attack a gentleman that was walking through the door on his way to a machine. I remem her the sound of what could be considered a guard dog on the attack. And all the man was doing was simply walking past. I remember that I felt on edge, an thought if that dog gets loose, this could be very bad. Jessica was working that day and like a responsible employee with what I would call leadership qualifications, she informed the lady with that dangerous dog that she would need to take her dog and leave. I don't know if everyone in there felt as on edge as I did that day. But I can say this, if Jessica had not been working that day, and someone else have let the women a d her dog stay, then it would have more than likely be a bad seen, an move than one person could have been seriously injured by that big black dog. Richard's deli at baseline and 185th, is a great place to go. I would like to close by saying, service dogs do NOT act The way that dog did that day. I would just make a suggestion. That anyone claiming there dog is a service dog, should have to show that there animal has gone through the service dog training course and completed the behavioral part of the service dog safety courses. It is Not hard to show the dogs service animal registration and safety card at the door, before entering any establishment, provided you Actually have a licensed certified service dog. also, when you have a licensed certified service dog the owners of them that I have met are always more than happy to show the dogs service animal identification card. Because they are usually proud of there pet Companions Accomplishment.
Thank you for being a great host and keeping your customers...
Read moreI have to add this information I feel maybe it will help with your decision to come to this spot . First when I arrived today I came to strictly play v.p.all the games was taken except a reservation sign on one and and empty one I asked the staff is anyone on here she seemed aggravated that she had to stop cooking and come out to the lobby to answer my question she said well isn't there a sign there ? I said yes but as I walked in there was nobody outside. She then points at a lady coming up to the door and said yes my friend is playing there. Ok so I brushed off her rudeness and proceeded to play on the available game when the lady asked are you getting on that one I said yes it's the only one available. She let out a few moans of disbelief and she took her self to the restroom, I got to playing my game and I hit 400 credits then 480 playing 555 game a man fast walked up behind me to see if there was any available and my service dog let out a bark saying he was too close at that time he left because nothing was available my dog layed at my feet and I continued to win when the staff approached me very rude telling me I had to leave right now because she is on edge and she don't want to babysit my dog that she don't get paid enough . Truth is she was looking for a reason to get me off my game for her last friend. I left with out incident without cashing my ticket, feeling like I wouldn't be treated fairly at that point. I still have my ticket for 265.80$ but don't want to go in when this very rude person is there. I feel like she was targeting me from the beginning and could have handled things differently. I don't think that it was right of her to kick me out because she wanted her buddy to have the winning game. I highly recommend not going here if she is working who knows why she would kick the next person out for winning it's 3/4/24 @ 1:34 pm please talk to your staff and remind them the rules on kicking out a service dog out for no reason if nothing is done I will continue to take matters into my own...
Read moreWe'd never been here before but read the reviews and were all set to have a couple of good sandwiches. There's no way to call this place so I wrote the order, for two simple sandwiches and sent my husband because im disabled. The woman inside sent him over to the deli side.He was told they couldn't make a simple ham and cheese sandwich, they managed to make what was supposed to be a reuben. It was inedible. The mystery meat was old, the sandwich was greasy and soggy and smelled like a dirty flat top grill. The fries were burnt and limp. What a waste of $17!! My husband went to Wendy's and got a burger, I wish I had just sent him there and bypassed this nasty place. He said it was full of old people gambling, and that's not a slight because we're old people. But sadly it makes sense. SS and other checks came early because of the holiday. I was so looking forward to a good deli sandwich, I was a great fan of Roses when they were open, but that was when food was good and we weren't forced to just settle for whatever we got. ...
