King Wing — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

After I read all these great reviews. Weeks ago I called for 5 wings, buffalo chicken wrap and some fries. Went to pick up my order, I asked for some ketchup and the waiter guy said to me, I already gave you some. I looked in the bag and saw two packs, I said to him can I have more please? he said "mem I cant give you more than two" throwing one pack on the table. I felt so bad and left. When I got home I call him back, told him I didn't like the way he just treated me. Then he said well sorry you felt that way, talking to someone in the background not paying attention to what I was saying. I asked if I could speak to the Manager, He said he was the manager. Okay can I talk to the owner he said he was also the owner and hung up. I said to myself well maybe he is in a bad mood. Today 12/4/21 again I called for grilled chicken wrap and fries. I got fried chicken wrap. I called and talk to the same guy. "He said to me I hope you didn't eat any of it yet" Bring it back and I will get you another one. My question is, Does he talk to everyone like that or just me? Or is it because I am BLACK or what? If I have done anything to him I would like to say sorry. He is a very rude and arrogant waiter that should not be in the customer service business. I know his father was a slave owner but please I am not one them. I work very hard for my money and I do not need to be punished...

I have to say, as one of the many queens and hard-core fans of chicken wings, these wings overall are intensely delicious. They are situated in a small complex besides a Dominos and a bicycle store right off Rt 206 southbound side. This restaurant, I found and stumbled on by mistake. I would say, yes, a hole in the wall for wings and finger foods. The exterior may not be so inviting and enticing at all. The interior is not much either. It's a small family business wings and burger joint that may not offer so much on physical appearance but truly bangs a lot of taste and quality. They prepare and cook the wings on the spot on the grill - filled with flavor with various of sauces to select from their menu. The chicken wings and chicken tenders are so soft and tender. They also have a variety of subs, burgers, and finger-foods (i.e. chicken tenders, fries, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and such). The curly fries are to die for. Their wings and curly fries is a must. I would say, a hole in the wall restaurant for wings and finger foods. Their regular fries and curly fries are so super crispy on the outside and warm and soft in the inside. The quality of service is prompt and responsive, as well. Excellent! Definitely a recommendation for wings and...

Ordered from them on Feb 6 at 4:26...says the order will be delivered by 5:29...Long story short, 2 HOURS LATER after multiple phone calls, and promises of the driver being on the way, and then there...they try to tell me I received my order which I didn't...and that's $85.00 I refused to give away...so after placing the chow now order and paying all the fees, I now have to DRIVE to the building where I had to wait another 25 MINUTES for my order, bringing my grand total of waiting time to 3 HOURS !! For them to tell me their driver doesn't understand English so he probably delivered it to the wrong house!!! And you would think after all that they did wrong to such a costly order they would try to make it right somehow...WRONG! This place is the absolute worst! Will never spend another dime with...
