Just Subs — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

A Hillsborough Institution. Just Subs has been around for as long as I can remember, and with good reason. Their subs and toppings are delicious. A lot of great memories from this place, from prom weekend to just this past Friday.

I'm a huge sandwich/sub eater and can confidently say that these guys make the beat sub around.

If you're in the market for something new: sliced Buffalo chicken, pepper jack cheese (toasted or not, depends on mood) blue cheese dressing, black olives, diced cherry peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, vinegar, light on some Chipotle mayo.

Wish I could know other people's orders. That's one of the best features: the subs are so customizable.

Everything you need to know about this place is in the name "Just Subs". That is truly what it is, just subs. I marvel at the simplicity of this place. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and inviting. You're always greeted with a hello when you enter. The workers are nice, patient, and willing to make the effort to make your sandwich the way you like. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food and quality of service that you get.

Where to start. I’ve been going to just sub for years. and I have never gotten a skinnier sub in my life. It was all inexperienced people and honestly it’s really disappointing because it has always been my favorite shop to go to .last time It was an older gentleman and it was a lot better, but this was not the best. I asked for extra meat and they gave me like less than a normal amount that I would usually get. Very sad because I always tell people the best sub shop in New Jersey. The food is not bad.
