EDIT* PLEASE NOTE EDIT TO UPDATE MY REVIEW*EDIT New Current review is 2.5 stars. After recent visits to Jumbo Palace I have noticed some changes. I have confirmed with the restaurant and they are under new ownership. The prices have gone up and I do not feel it is worth it to return. The food is the same portion wise yet I am now spending at least $30 more for the same order. I used to get extra beef in one of the dishes and the old owner would charge $2 for extra beef, now they want $5 for a few extra pieces. I reluctantly paid the $5 and i couldn't even tell there was extra like I used to get.. They messed up an order but did make up for it the next time I ordered. The staff is nice too. They also charge a 3% fee if paying by credit card, so bring cash. If you don't mind paying extra for the food you might like this place. I on the other hand will be going elsewhere.. which is sad. The food is OK but the pricing is outrageous! The portion sizes are tiny. I would never spend the money to eat here again. The value is terrible. You can spend that exact same money and go to a proper high scale restaurant like Aja down 206 and get way fresher fish, way bigger portions, way better food, prepared by way better chefs whose experience is what drives the high meal price. This place just puts a huge price tag on the meal just to price gouge. Sorry, jumbo Palace. I haven’t tried your food in years because it used to be that your food was terrible, now your food is actually pretty decent but your pricing is laughable. Save your money for a high end experience these people are robbing you and laughing all the way...

I don’t usually ever post reviews but after tonight I felt compelled to.. I ordered from jumbo place. Got my delivery bc I’m under the weather and really didn’t feel like going out. After opening the bags I realized my sauce for my meal was left out. Also I got ONE single packet of soy, duck sauce and hot mustard. I’m sorry that does not go a long way. I called and they are sending the sauce with I get mistakes happen but now as I wait for the sauce and my food is getting ice cold, my daughter finds a long hair in her Kani salad 🤢 when I call back to let them know they said sauce is on way.. well what about someone’s disgusting hair in our food and they hung up on me!
