As someone who never writes reviews, I have to say that my most recent and definitely last trip to Moe’s of hillsborough inspired me to write one. This was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had at any moe’s I’ve ever been to. Upon entering I notice that every single empty table is filthy. Covered in old food and garbage as were the benches and the floors. The salsas were all empty, there were no salsa cups, and only one napkin dispenser that was filled. After approaching the food counter, I notice most of the trays full on ingredients looking empty or old, brown lettuce, congealed queso, and brown guacamole. This is when I should’ve known to walk away, but it was the first bite of my ice cold burrito that really sealed the deal as what resembled what you would find in a used diaper fell from the stale wrap onto my tray. I’ve survived eating school cafeteria food, MREs, roach coaches, and even my step mothers cooking and this meal may have taken the cake for the worst meal I’ve ever had. The manager of this establishment needs to take a LONG look at himself, as does the poor judge of talent...

11/26/2018 We have been here twice this week. John and Angelica served us and greeted us with a smile and very friendly! They are the reason we decided to come again this week. The steak is cooked perfectly nice and juicy not cooked to death as it was when it first opened. My husband who is a sous chef who is very picky about his food gives this place great ratings as well. John was very kind and let me know about the rewards program that I had no knowledge about and now use. Rather dine here than any hamburger place or fast food. It’s clean and I see the sauce bar is filled and stocked well. Most fast food places don’t realize how important customer service is. After signing up for my Moe’s app on my phone I saw an offer for a free Nachos meal. Very impressed with this location not only with the food, but mostly with the very curtious and friendly staff.
