Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hillside

I have to be honest, I don't like this place... They often enough don't give a receipt for your order and I had an incident before I got my truck where I was trying to just get a simple cup of coffee and they refused to serve me because I walked up to the drive thru. There were no other customers and I didn't really see what the issue was if I was willing to do business and get out of their hair. I wasn't the only one that day either. A lady who also applies logic to her daily routine was also livid that we were made to wait outside until they decided to unlock the lobby. Poor customer service and care on their part in more than one way. Not to mention I sadly had to stop there this morning and not only did the employee not give me a receipt but, she didn't give me back my credit card back either. Horrible mistake with no listed number available to ensure the error was caught and my card wasn't given to another customer. Hate the thought that my card may or may not be floating around while...

HOW ABOUT NO STARS FOR THE ATTITUDE AND CRAPPY SERVICE i work walking distance from this place and i will go the extra 5 minutes to drive to the one in elizabeth because i have an issue with my coffee here every single time. i get to the window and simply asked if they put the carmael in me coffee because i order cream and no sugar specifically because the caramel is so sweet. when the woman gave me my coffee it appeared like there was absolutely no caramel so i nicely asked if it was possible to add more the girl next to her with long curly hair rolled her eyes all upset telling the woman she put it in there already. then the woman comes back with my coffee and napkins concealing it when i get to my job she had put a ton of caramel the coffee is not even drinkable at this point. beyond ridiculous certainly not coming again and advising...

I ordered my drink 30 min ahead at 3:06am. Got here to an empty drive thru at 3:40am and my drink still wasn’t done. The guy asking me what my drink was and as I told him it just sounded like he was going to make it off the top of his head but I paid for extra add ons so I asked him to look for the order.like he wasn’t at the front at all in those 30 min.i only live 5 minutes away and come here frequently so I gave them grace having been here before at the same time. But 30min??
