Wingstop — Restaurant in Hillside

I've been twice to this location and had similar experiences both times. They are pretty busy, and the wait times are very long. The first time I placed my order there and waited for about 45 minutes. The second time, I planned ahead and ordered online. The website said between 18 and 25 minutes. I end up waiting for a hour before getting my food, at which time it is cold. I understand they are busy during that time and that they cook the food fresh. However, the wait time is unreasonable.

The food is delicious, and the staff is as nice and as understanding as you would expect. However, there needs to be more of them working. Two of them are obviously not enough to keep up with the demand at that time, especially with online and door dash orders plus the normal customers. I would give a zero stars but not allowed. As a former uber eats driver I had nothing but problems from this location. I would drive 8 to 15 mins to pick up food and sometimes had to wait an additional 15 mins for a small order. The worker often asked me to fill drink cups with no gloves or food handling training. Plus I don't work there. On two separate occasions I attempted to order from there and both times the driver cancelled for long wait time. I went to this wingstop which is in another town because of bad reviews about the one much closer to my home. I use to patronize the one closest to my house but the bad reviews were to recent for me to ignore. I search for another wing stop ang came across this one in HILLSIDE, NJ. The reviews weren't wrong and the customer service was excellent as reported. My food was very good, staff very professional. The reason for 4 stars is because like the others the service is slow.
