I was in on Sunday November 11/4/18. I came in randomly with question reguarding my battery and the sales associate (Yama) was not able to help me but recommended stores that may be able to help me if I was interested in buying a new battery for my phone. Also looked up the hours for me on his phone. As I was getting ready to leave he checked my account and saw I was ready for an upgrade ... which no one has taken the time to do that. I have had issues with this phone for while and also told me that apple the IPhone 8 was on sale. He was not pressuring , he was helpful and gave me honest help. Listened to my past issues with my phone and took a lot of time to help me with my phone. Went above and beyond what he had to do, well maybe to him it’s how he treats customers buy anymore people don’t give others time. Other At&t stores have given me a lot of issues and not have been very helpful. Thank you Yama! Much appreciation! TS.
1/19/19 today I tried to write an additional review, since I wrote past review in Nov. I'm having issues posting. But AGAIN great service on 1/17/19 I came in with two charges that I was not made aware about when I switched my plan earlier in the week and customer service was no help unfortunately. I spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with them earlier in the week and got absolutely no where! Wasted my day off on the phone with them! Not trying to put the customer service line down, but its terrible! But thank God for the great store and its associates, Yama again helped me and called customer service for me got the fees taken off, got my acct. noted and siged me up for auto pay, which I was struggling with....
Read moreI had the most fantastic experience at the Souderton AT&T Store last Friday when I went in search of a new phone. After a frustrating encounter at another store where they couldn't provide me with accurate information, I walked into the Souderton store, and my mood instantly shifted. Dandre Butler and another young man welcomed me warmly and professionally, immediately alleviating my frustration.
I explained to Dandre that I was in the market for an iPhone upgrade, and he efficiently processed my order. To my surprise, I was out of the store with all the necessary accessories in just 15 minutes. Although I was initially disappointed that my new phone had to be shipped, I was thrilled to find it on my doorstep on Saturday, a pleasant surprise ahead of the promised Monday or Tuesday delivery.
When I initially left the store, Dandre generously offered to help set up my new phone once it arrived. Although I didn't take him up on the offer at that time, he went above and beyond after the sale was completed on Saturday. Dandre patiently assisted me with a couple of user-errors during the setup process, showcasing his dedication to exceptional customer service.
To say that Dandre has not only met but exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile have not only restored my faith in customer service but have also left me with a renewed appreciation for AT&T as a whole. Read moreThis is a 2022 update on my review - and, again, a great, 5-star experience with Devante (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) and the small-but-mighty Souderton store. He helped me pick out the phone I wanted, ordered it, and answered some other questions I had that helped me with some important choices, and, oh yeah, let me know of some discounts for which I did not know I qualified, and ended up saving me some good money, too. I'm hoping he's working when my new phone is delivered as I'm confident setting it up will go as smoothly as things went today - AT&T, give this man a raise! I've always had very good and helpful experiences at this particular AT&T store. Most recently, I had the good fortune to be helped by Moe, who is the branch manager. I was having enough difficulties with my iPhone 6 that it was time for me to upgrade. Moe took over an hour with me giving me options, letting me know of deals I was not aware of, as well as things to thing about in terms of getting the most value out of my AT&T account.
