Employees need more training on how to make a strawberry refresher. Light water with extra base of strawberry means I don't want it watered down. I initially told them at the register "Light water, with extra base of strawberry" and she clearly wrote that on the cup, therefore there was no room for confusion. I saw them prepare it with that watered down version they have pre-made in the pitcher. Once they called me, i tasted it to make sure it was maybe just a color issue, however that was not the case, it was water with a hint of flavor. I told them it was watered down and i requested extra base of strawberry, they took my drink, threw some out, only to add more of that pre-mixed watered down refresher š¤¦āāļøš¤¦āāļø .... c'mon, it ain't that difficult. If they want to cut cost just charge me extra for the extra strawberry base, however if I'm paying $6 for a drink, at least make it good. They were extremely rude, kept rolling their eyes when I ordering. Youāre in customer service, if you donāt want to deal with customers and simply make coffee then quit because itās in your job description, clearly you didnāt read it. They didnāt make my caramel BrulĆ© Frappuccino, they made me a caramel Frappuccino. When I asked them to please fix it, they were so rude about it.
