Nadia picks and chooses her customers. 3 times I have called Nadia telling them over the phone what I needed done to be told come around only to be told when I walked in door to come back at a later date. Today I called, informed them I needed 2 items taken in, I was told come around, said I’ll be there in 20 mins. I got there they told me without even asking why I was there “we are busy due to prom, come back after May.” They weren’t too busy as they were joking up with their friend making me a few minutes to tell me they are too busy due to prom season. This is the 3rd time Nadia has done this to me. They should have told me over the phone busy due to prom and save me the drive over. But again this is typical of Nadia’s shop. The thread was too tight so the hem was dimpled and wavy. Worst of all there was a hole cut into the bottom edge of the pants!! I had to undo it all, repair the hole, and re-do the hem using YouTube tutorials to figure out how. My amateur job turned out so much neater!
I’m upset that my clothes were treated so carelessly. When I picked them up they were given to me shoved in a plastic bag, creased and wrinkled, so I couldn’t tell how bad it looked until I got home and steamed them. These were expensive pants made by a small, independent designer and now they’re...
