McDonald's — Restaurant in Hillview

Probably the worst McDonald's. 9 am Monday morning and the inside line had three people waiting for there order. Two people head of me on line. They place there order and in comes an older gentleman and his grandkids. Cuts in front of the line. The cashier sees this and does nothing. Takes their order. Finally my turn. Place my order Steak, egg, cheese bagel meal with egg whites and white cheddar cheese and a breakfast burrito. Had to repeat my order three times to the cashier.

I then waited 10 minutes for my order. Hey McDonald's I am not expecting a gourmet meal it's fast food. Also this is not a custom order, all McDonald's sandwiches are made to order. Finally get my order and of course they forgot my hot sauce.

Go have a seat and open my burrito and it's steamed shut and the edges are crispy. I know the burritos are made ahead of time and kept warm but they could do a better job.

My bagel was not much better. Wrong cheese and of course it was thrown together. Hey it was at least hot and the bagel was not burnt. Now my hash brown was hot and fresh.

I did not complain at the store because after I finally got my order the line was 8 persons deep and the rocket scientist from earlier was on a register by himself.

There was two managers 'working' on a laptop when I arrived and about the time I got my order they showed up to help. I would of went through the drive thru when I got there but that line was 10 cars deep.

Now I will give one woman credit. One of the people in front of me in the line was a LMPD officer and he was on duty. She did get his order out to him quickly.

In summary avoid this McDonald's and go else where. There is BK and Taco Bell on the same stretch. Go there pr anyplace but this McDonalds. Slow service, unmotivated cashiers and your usual...

Me and my mother were hungry after being with our family. So as we headed home, we stopped at a McDonalds by our house for a snack. We ordered medium fries, they were hot, but hard, so old. We ordered two Apple pies, and one was deformed. They weren't even Apple pies. They were pumpkin pies! Which were also old, cold, and hard. SO my mom got a fish sandwich, and IT ONLY HAD TARTER SAUCE ON 2/3 OF THE WHOLE SANDWICH, OUT OF PLACE, AS A LAZY WORKER THREW IT ON THERE, AND IT WAS OLD, AS WE COULD EASILY TELL IT WAS A FEW HOURS OLD BECAUSE THE BUNS WERE STALE. Don't say I'm overreacting. I'm 14 years old. And the line was short, with 3 cars in front and none behind. Indoor dining was closed. It was 12 o clock. Only thing that they did right was put no ice in my drink And extra ice in my mom's drink. If you are getting paid for a job you are doing, Do it and do it right! I'd work at McDonalds at night so people wouldn't be pissed about having the wrong orders all the time! No wonder this location has less than three stars. Someone kind and respectful that's looking for a job, please get a job at this McDonald's, we could use some more REAL WORKERS. God help us all, if you don't work, why do you have a job. I am just being reasonable. Don't work somewhere if you aren't going to do what you are supposed to...

My boyfriend and I have eaten take out from here a few times and the food is always great. We came to order food yesterday to try the burger from Spain 🇪🇸 - extreme bacon burger I think - and the chicken mozzarella sandwich from Canada 🇨🇦 . We also ordered the bacon cheese fries from Australia 🇦🇺. The chicken sandwich was really good, the sauce is sweet, almost hint of floral with a tang. And I got it crispy not grilled it was really good. Tasted like chicken parm once I got towards the middle. My boyfriend said “it’s simple and robust” lol it’s yummy. The bacon cheese fries were really good he ate most of them in the car before I had a chance to eat at least half but from what I tasted I like how the cheese has a smoky flavor if it didn’t I would have just said it tasted like regular cheese on fries, which they’ve had that before. But it did have a slightly different taste. I think it should be priced differently though to be honest it shouldn’t be $3+ you can only get it medium sized too. His extreme bacon burger was really delicious. Really really good. It also had really good Smokey flavor the bacon I assume. Heir fries were super hot fresh from fryer which was awesome.
