I was at this location yesterday 12/2/21 a little before 4pm. I was second in line, waited a while. When I got to the speaker, nothing, I waited some more (Assuming maybe short staffed and they’d be right with me). After a while still no one greeted me, I said hello twice. Finally pulled around. The employee simply opened the window and said “we’re changing shifts and not serving right now” As if thats a normal thing Burger King does. I waited in the parking lot and 3 or more cars piled up in the line. Some pulled around to the window and just sat there presumably to wait until they started serving. About 10 minutes later I was hangry, got frustrated, and left. I would be more understanding if I was at least greeted and made aware of their decision to stop working. A note even, on the drive thru speaker. What a waste of time. I am even more shocked to see just how many reviews this place has of similar stories. The customer service is absolute trash, the food is almost never fresh, last week they gave me chicken fries that had to be 3 hours old Ive worked as management in fast food so I know when the chickens been sitting. Just pure laziness I would say after 8:30 or 9 they have no frozen beverages and this is not because the machines are broken so dont give me that. Employees at fast food establishments who are lazy and dont wanna do their job often shut down the ice cream machines early (which is not okay at all) so they can clean it that way when the store closes they can leave right away. This work is meant for that hour your scheduled after you close all products should be available until closing time. This place need new everything or to be shut down. Read moreCorporate needs to shut down this location for good. Rude, incompetent individuals for employees. I asked for a cup of water and they wanted to charge me for the entire price of a soda. So I said just give me a courtesy cup of ice. Said he was not allowed to give ice. Fries were cold and rock hard. Medium fry only had 11 small fries and the bag even appeared nearly empty. They tell you to pull around to get the total cost. When arriving at the window it took a while for the employee to appear. Then he just stares at you as if you know the cost. So when I finally ask, you get an attitude. Hand the the money and then he stares at the money as if he does not know what to do next. Appears that he had no idea how to make the change. And to top things off, the burger was cold and the bun was stale. Never again will I visit this franchise again, not even other locations as this franchise appears to have no interest in improving.
