Well to let everyone know this place is terrible and the manager Lani first of all is no manager she is down right very rude to employees we has there today this morning and she was yelling at this poor young lady christina and christina has always been the most polite young lady and the manager fired her knowing she had no ride home cause her vehicle was broke down and lani was told the day before her co worker was going to bring her to work with her and had to ride back with her . And screaming at christina and now we will not be back to that dunkin ever this is very uncalled for and not good management. I would fire the manager lani and get a real manager in there this is not the first time this has happened others had her yell at them too . And we know how lani has yelled at people through the drive threw window . I dont know why dunkin would put up with this kind of management... also we noticed roaches right behind the counter behind the coffee bean containers so not only management it's a filthy place and do have pics of the roaches ...it will be turned into the health department with the pics .. beware everyone there is alot going on in this store and all...

They charged me 5 dollars for cream cheese which is fine accidents happen: the way I was treated however, is NOT okay:
Employee Dustin called his boss for a refund and was so rude to her, along with me- and was using profanity. He was so rude to me, and clearly he can’t be in control of his emotions and should absolutely seek some kind of anger management or perhaps find a new job that isn’t working with people.
Mistakes happen. Treating people like garbage, is not tolerable.
How he has a job- blows my mind: I will give a shout out to manager Betty who was kind and patient over the phone.
Also my order was STILL wrong. Made wrong: and they gave me way too much money back. Dustin couldn’t be bothered to actually give me my money. Someone else had to walk over and give it to me: mind you- I was quiet and polite.
If I could call corporate I will.

Read moreAll my office wanted was five coffees, 3 small lite and sweet, 1 small black and 1 medium caramel "marachiado". Well, I had to repeat the above order four times, double check the entire order, before I left the store, let them know on the spot that the lite coffees weren't lite enough, etc! The "lady" that started taking care of my order, passed me to someone else and the "attitude behavior" started flying! $11.29 and a good 15 minutes later I left the store, arrived back to the office, and the three small coffees light and sweet were simply unsugared! I am very surprised how the "lady with headset" that started working on my order got the small black coffee order right!! Sad to say that I look forward to having my DD fix but the type of service and drink I ordered from the HHI was nothing but a huge flop! To the owner and to Manager Jason Brown, read the reviews; my office is local and not "passing by". All stars and reviews given are a big indication of what is wrong with your establishment!
