Twice I've been here in past week. No soap or hand sanitizer in women's room. Told someone last week, said they would attend to it. Plus, manager, Judy Lambert was in stall smoking E-cig. She came out and told me carts weren't allowed in restroom. Vapor was coming out of her mouth when she spoke. She dropped her pen, picked it up and stuck it in her mouth. Left restroom without washing her hands!! Huge signs on two walls explaining hand washing policy. I found another employee, reported the incident. Plus the fact that a toilet needed attention- full of paper and not flushing.Found Judy handling the large rugs that hang on the rods along the wall. And to make matters worse, the first employee said those cigarettes are not allowed. Judy is the MANAGER of this store. Just wow. Judy try to say she did not have an Ecig., could not explain the vapor I saw, and stated she wasn't in the stall that I saw her exit and flush toilet. Stated, 'I gave them up.' Wow......health...
Read moreHome Goods offers a gigantic selection of merchandise for the home at reasonable prices. It is exactly what I believe they advertise. It is not a furniture store . For home shoppers it's a "gold mine" of product that will in certain cases even surprise them for being available. Many of the items are a nice surprise to a number of people, but when they see it - they will want to purchase it. It's not always a purchase made for need, but will be bought almost on a "whim" and kept for many years. I believe this is one of the marketing objectives of Home Goods and I like it. In summary you will find items you desire and items you might not need, but purchase as they very much please you one way or another. Home Goods is a great store to have in the community. If you haven't yet - visit it, browse and see...

Isles took on the appearance of a factory warehouse. Impossible to find many items. Coffee table books were placed in many locations. Would have liked to have purchased a book if I could find it. I finally found a few books in the bath area. Along with yoga mats and drapery hardware. An employee was telling another employee that she was lazy and helpless. The employee had been trying to help her. Very bad morale. Bathrooms were filthy and did not have soap. And dust...
