Smooth — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

Ordered a strawberry and blueberry acai bowl which turned out to be a 90% toppings 10% completely melted acai bowl. The fruit toppings tasted fine, if not a little odd (pineapple tasted like it came from a fruit cup, chewy blueberries that made me think freeze-dried, squishy mango though that could have just been that specific fruit) but once I managed to excavate down to the actual named item of the bow (the acai) I found the entire thing was pure liquid. Not in a Oops! Silly me took to long and it melted kind of liquid. Almost immediately after recieving my order I shoved and maneuvered my toppings down to reach the very thin looking layer (thank you see-through cups) which was a feat in itself as again nearly the entire cup was toppings, and found nope that whole thing was actually just liquid. I was in the store when this happened, about 3 seconds after I was handed the bowl. Unless someone decided to hit my bowl with a liquidization ray super-villain styler I struggle to believe anything could have melted that fast. I didn't talk to the worker about it because I was with my friend and we were on a tight schedule but you truly have to wonder. The worker was very pleasant throughout the entire process but when he was getting the acai for my bowl did he not notice it was all liquid? Could someone fill the bottom of a bowl with something akin to the texture of water and go "yeah thats right" and move on? If something is wrong with the acai just confess and I'll order something different no problem because now I'm just left with a bowl full of fruit I'm fairly convinced was thawed from being frozen, three sips of acai, and the single ice chip...

Today I decided to eat healthy but was instead treated rudely for asking to try a sample of the remaining of a smoothie made for the customer before me... I was then ask am I going to buy something.🤔 Of course that was the reason for me visiting the establishment. I happen to be a black Male standing next to my white business partner.... She refused to address my concerns and proceeded to ask him was he next!!!! We both looked at each other in disbelief! He then said 😮WOW!!! She said I'm glade I could wow you... Just not sure why people have...

Was incredible! Had 4 of the remedy shots (kombucha, ginger, Muscadine, and thyme) and could not be happier! Highly recommend the hawaiian or "green 202". Also had the Kickstarter juice! The customer service was incredible! I talked to an employee about the different things that were in the drinks and he very clearly explained each and answered my questions! They clearly love their job and welcomed people by name when they had been repeat customers. I wish I wasn't here only for vacation! Overall a great...
