Hardee's — Restaurant in Hinckley

This Hardee's is amazing. I go here everytime I visit the casino because the service AND food (Mushroom and Swiss combo) to be exact on the food, overpowers the Hardee's in Superior. The very first time I visited this location the lady asked me if I wanted extra Mushroom Sauce or cheese. ( To be honest I didn't know that option was available) Of course I said yes and it was the best I've ever had from Hardee's, still is at this location. I live in Superior, and ordered it the same way- didn't even come close. Not to mention the service as well. I went there (Hinkley location) today and decided to try the new double shroom and Swiss with extra as well, and yes it was fantastic once again. Along with the service from a lady and a gentleman. Second time food has been terrible and something foreign in the sandwich. First time a long hair, second time months apart there was a big hairy piece of cotton or fuzz, I gag thinking about it. I didn't call the first time even though threw it away but I did call the second time and they told me to come back but I was on freeway already through pine city going to the cities so he took my name and said he'd let a worker know well I'm not going back anytime soon I go to hinkley only couple times a year to the casino I asked if there was some kind of coupon they could mail me since we have a Hardee's where I live but I was told they don't do that, I guess they write it down and next time u give ur name they look in a book and then you get whatever it was that was wrong or gross. Took 5 minutes before any of the workers said anything to us at all let alone took our order(5 minutes after being greeted our order was taken and we were the only people in the place). Of 4 meals ordered, 1 was right... Either the moonshine bbq sauce needs a correct description or they put the wrong sauce on and onions (no onions means no onions, not even shoe string onions) . Sweet and smokey is not correct, sweet and peppery is more like it. No cheese does not mean extra cheese, and take off lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo does not mean leave onion and take off cheese.
