The drive was never really defined for me until the pandemic struck our great nation. When I think of DRIVE THRU I think about a cinema a big screen tv, everyone sitting in the great car park. Now drive has another meaning I see the disabled, the people who benefit from this service. Then these businesses concentrate on wheelchair-accessible, bathrooms that provide the disabled with comfortable access and car park that has wheelchair sign as week as businesses that has wheelchair sign on their door
Without my foot inside these businesses I could not identify with what business businesses the people, it is more than the milkshake, or the Chilli fries, the brisket sandwich 🥪 and those annexed-smelling corn beef sandwiches what about the biggest loaded turkey Sandwich? but most importantly those voices at the counter and the microphone make the service those chief and cooks menu will never get out to us without those personalities and voices at the front What you want from a business a food business is not just food You want price, portions, time, You want joy, laughter, and comfort but you cannot have that without a customer service that knows what their customer needs. We need to feel safe and know that safety matter to these businesses and that is really how the minds of customers works is this a safe place? the crime rate around these locations and Businesses matters to us. Now googling before you go can give you peace of mind, then you are the last person who determined where you go and what you get as you go.

From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly helpful, courteous, and exceptionally professional. Every staff member I encountered demonstrated a clear commitment to Arby’s core values—providing not only high-quality food but also a consistently positive guest experience.
Despite the size of my order, the employees handled everything with remarkable efficiency and attention to detail. They ensured every item was correct, carefully packaged, and delivered with a warm, welcoming attitude. Their teamwork and professionalism were evident throughout my entire visit.
The restaurant itself was also very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Even with a steady flow of customers, the environment remained calm and inviting, which speaks volumes about how well this location is managed.

But of course there is always one who can spoil the whole vibe! She has a very nasty attitude. Especially when my daughter was told to come for an interview one morning. 16 years old and she came back to the car damn near in tears because of the way this so called grown woman talked to her. She has always had a nasty attitude when serving customers. But this time she picked the wrong child to bully. After I got finished with her, the manager, and the general manager, and calling corporate, let's just say she has a totally different attitude. And we haven't seen her there as much.
