Zoner's Pizza is a hit or miss, but mostly hit. You have to try their NY style pizza, as I really do believe it's the best crust they have. Zoner's has really good specials that we almost always get. My favorite is the two XL pizzas, five wings, and two breadsticks. It's the best price.
My reasoning for giving it four stars is because it really is hit or miss. There have been times where my order was absolutely perfect and there have been times where they were atrocious. I really can't say why that is, but that is the case.
First and foremost, their wings are a total MISS. They are greasy and fatty. They are terrible to bite into and the flavors I have gotten so far have been lackluster.
Their breadsticks are probably a solid 7.5/10 when they aren't burnt. You have some pieces that are smaller, some pieces that are bigger. Overall, they're not that bad. They are dry breadsticks and not wet, so if that's what you like, then definitely try them. They're great with the dips.
Their NY style pizza is pretty good. Topping portions are okay. I have tried thin crust and normal crust before, but only because somehow they managed to mix my order up. The pizza here is pretty good and they are also good prices. I'd get Zoner's before any other pizza chain restaurant in Hinesville.
Zoner's would definitely get 5/5 stars from me if their wings were improved and their quality of orders improved. I have made lots of orders from Zoner's because I really enjoy their food in general, but I'd say every other order, you'll be missing something.
So far, I've had different crusts given to me, missing ordered dipping sauces, burnt breadsticks, different flavor wings given to me.
Whenever I've had an issue and called about it, they were nice to me and sincerely apologized.

Read moreUPDATE10 Nov 2020 Sharon the manager advertised their Taco Tuesday special on the Long County FB page and posted a pic of a really good looking taco pizza, so I thought I'd give them another shot and ordered. When I picked up my pizza it was the same sad situation as my original pizza a year ago. This time I called and spoke to her and she apologized and insisted on making it right and even offered delivery. I got my replacement pizza and it was almost as bad as the 1st 2, except this one didn't have rotten lettuce on it and they sprinkled a small handful of chopped tomatoes on it. I was given 2 different explanations as to the poor quality, Sharon said they had new employees and employees from other stores and that they didn't know what they were doing, the guy that delivered it said that they've had people complain about the pizza they pictured saying it was unbalanced. Both of the pizzas taste like a regular hamburger pizza, not sure what is supposed to make it a taco pizza the way they made it. Needless to say, I won't order from here again.
ORIGINAL POST Ordered the taco pizza because hubby has been craving one. Menu says it come with taco sauce, jalapenos, ground beef, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, hot sauce and more cheese with a side of sour cream. I requested no jalapeno or hot sauce, this is what we got. Read moreI am so disappointed with the service here tonight. I ordered a 10 piece barbecue wing as a pick up order. When I got home to enjoy my wings they were tough as wood just raw in the middle. I surely did not feel like going back out, so I had to cook wings that I paid for to already be cooked. So I call the store to let them know and spoke with an associate and she said "u want to speak to a manager because there's nothing I can do". How about an apology for serving raw food. I didn't say that to her, but that is what I was thinking. Manager got on the phone and I told her about it. Also mentioned that I have never received food in this condition from them before and I pretty much order the same thing all the time. Because of that reason I was not gonna post this, but bad customer service ruins it every time. So instead of this manager apologizing for the raw chicken she say "We receive the chicken precooked and then run them through the oven again when their ordered, and I normally tell customers to ask for them well done" I Cut Her off at that point and told her I have never had to ask for my wings well done before , they just came fully cook through and maybe your oven temp needs to be checked.
